Well…with the recent revelations that the lying alito was flying the upside down American flag at his house after the January 6th insurrection, and will not recuse himself from ruling on any related case, it’s up the senate dems to do something about it…let’s start with every dem legislator calling him out for having no ethics every time they are in front of a microphone…just like Jamie Raskin did this morning…and we need Dick Durbin and the rest of the senate dems to do the same…and it was also reported that alito was up to his ears in the plot to overthrow the election since he was the “go to guy” in the SC that trump and his cronies were depending on to rule that the 12th amendment overruled the electoral count act, sending the election to the house which would have installed idiot boy for a second term…eliminating the almost 80 million votes for Joe Biden…but alito didn’t get the chance sine Nancy Pelosi got wind of the plot and convened the congress on January 6th to count the electoral votes before alito could rule on a lawsuit brought by trumps cronies…that is how this asshole was part of the plot to overthrow the government and should be removed now…and Durbin needs to get the ball rolling today…geez…

This continues to be hard…
Well…I wonder if it’s me or if it’s there’s not as much happening in the news that is causing me to continue to have a hard time finding political topics to talk about here? I could talk about how Alito is whining his crybaby head off because nobody like him…hey sammie, why wouldn’t everybody like someone who took rights away from 50% of the population and has taken bribes to rule for the money men that is ruining this country…who wouldn’t want to protect that? Or I could talk about the latest scandal about how you and your repub buddies on the court have been given lavish Italian vacations under the guise that you criminals would be “teaching” a course at one of the universities there that you never show up for….or how Kavanaugh’s debt and house was paid for by someone the he never reported or the fact that the “investigation” into his background wasn’t even done at all…whoever was running the FBI at the time just said they did it….and there were 5,000 tips about his crimes that were just buried…is that what should be protected, sammie? I have had enough of these thin skinned whiners crying because everyone doesn’t love them…what a bunch of crap…
Alito’s ruling is even worse than we thought…
Well…as a day has passed and people have started to read the entire bullshit mountain that is Alito’s ruling…it is stunning that one of the reasons he uses for outlawing abortion is the fact there is not a big enough “domestic supply of infants” for rich people to adopt so the government is going to force women to give birth to supply them…so, does that mean that if there is not a big enough supply of “domestic kidneys” for transplants that the government can now force people with two good ones to give one to someone the government chooses? Once he rules that American women’s bodies no longer belong to them, it follows that no one’s body belongs to them and it can be used any way the government sees fit…does this seem familiar to you? How about Nazi Germany where anyone who was not in the Nazi party could have everything they have taken away from them and be put in camps that the Nazis would use for medical experimentation. That’s exactly what is going on here and if you think you are safe because you are a religious white guy, think again….these assholes are shredding the constitution and every damn person in this country should be in the streets…
Another stake through the heart of “religious freedom”
Well…finally, the supreme court the other day drove a stake through another claim of “religious freedom” from a case in Washington State when they turned aside claims by some religious pharmacists who claimed that to have to fill prescriptions for birth control violated their first amendment rights to their free practice of religion. Now, maybe, this will drive religion back to where it belongs, in churches and not being used to force these fanatic’s warped view of religion on their customers….one thing that struck me was Alito’s petulant dissent that the only source of moral and ethical behavior is religion and by not allowing people to force their religion on others, religious freedom will die….that’s a paraphrase, not an actual quote but you get the meaning…and, as an atheist, I take extreme exception to this religious fool trying to tell we atheists can’t be moral or ethical…but, I assert that an atheist choosing to live his or her life morally or ethically without the fear of retribution that comes with religion puts our morality and ethics on a different level than when derived from religion….after all, with no hell to fear or no vengeful god to appease, we live moral and ethical lives because it is the right thing to do…and it’s our choice….
Alito injects politics into the court…again…
Well…with all of the crap that the repubs are spewing on the nomination to the supreme court that Obama has every right to do…and that they should take up…we now have the idiot Alito injecting politics into the process by sending a letter to McConnell saying that he agrees with their obstructionism…something that has NEVER happened in the history of the court but is not new for this liar. During his hearing for his approval…Alito lied through his teeth when he said that he would be a neutral arbiter of the law when his actions on the court have been anything but; he has been one of the most ideology driven justices there has ever been on the court…always ruling for business and against women whenever those cases come up…toeing the extreme right wing line that he promised he wouldn’t…just another lie. So now, with this last outrage, whenever this ass speaks, you know it is not as a neutral arbiter of the law as written…but the worst kind of activist justice that is hell bent on making this country worse for you and me…geez…
