Well….I know there has been a lot of consternation with Moscowmitch trying ram Amy Barrett’s nomination through the senate before the election but there is one thing we need to remember if we take back the senate and Joe wins…we can impeach her…it has already been reported that mitch and other senators have been coordinating with her to try to hide her far right wing beliefs and the fact she is not qualified for the SC…but it has already been reported that she may have lied on the forms she submitted to get the appeals court seat where she now sits…and lying on those forms is perjury, which would disqualify her from any court…so, just because moscow mitch can ram her through, it doesn’t mean that she will stay there….once we have the senate, we can do a real investigation into both her and Kavanaugh…who it is clear did lie during his confirmation hearings. Then just impeach and remove them and have Joe appoint two more justices of whom Merrick Garland should be number one….but, they should only be removed if they clearly broke the law…not for innuendo or lies like the repubs use…the rule of law needs to be restored and this would be a great place to start to restore the authority of the court which is in tatters after moscow mitch and his cronies broke every rule to put unqualified political hacks on the court.

Bill Barr’s brownshirts…
Well…you know we’ve all been wondering when the fascist Bill Barr would use his position as AG to further corrupt the justice department but we didn’t think it would be forming his very own brownshirt army that only reports to him. You remember the brownshirts don’t you? They were Hitler’s personal army that he would sic on his enemies and many times the enemies would end up in jail, dead, or disappeared….and now Barr has his own version of the brownshirts that he has deployed around DC to “control the riots” that are only riots to him…everyone else sees that the protests have been peaceful until the police and Barr’s private army attacks the protesters…just like they did when the idiot trump just had to have his photo op of walking to a church that didn’t want him there. Never in the history of this country has an AG had his own private army that wear no insignias, who won’t identify themselves to the press or the public…cripes, the AG doesn’t even have the authority to command the police or any other group like the national guard that he has also usurped command from the normal chain of command. Now…the question I have to ask is “where is Nancy Pelosi in all of this?” It is her job to be a check on the executive branch and she can defund Barr’s private army today so why hasn’t she? this needs to be done now and Barr needs to be impeached for this abuse of power…get on it Nancy…the country may not last until trump is gone…

Well…cripes, if you are away from the news for even a few minutes, everything changes before you know it…the latest outrage by the criminals in the idiot trump’s administration is that William Barr has been the driver behind trying to get other countries to dig up dirt on Biden and to discredit the professionals in the intelligence community who found, for a fact, that Russia interfered in the 2016 election. Now, I’m not sure about you, but I’m pretty sure that this has never happened in the history of the country…where the AG traveled the world trying to get other countries to attack our government and out institutions…just to protect the corrupt asshole who was installed by Putin….with just what we know now, and before any in depth investigations, Barr has done enough to warrant being removed…his damn job is to protect this country, not the idiot trump and yet protect trump is all he does…and that goes for Pompeo, too, but the House committee chairs have had enough of his bullshit and have told him they will not let his witness intimidation or stonewalling stand…they will charge him with obstruction of the impeachment investigation if he doesn’t show up and bring the documents they have subpoened…it’s starting to get real and these morons need to start thinking of what prison they want to go to…that’s where they are going to end up…

Well…just getting ready to get back on the bike for the second ride of the day but thought I would comment on an article I just read a few minutes ago…the “jobs” president really is if you count jobs lost to his stupid trade war….already, the idiot has cost over 300,000 jobs across the US and the projections are that, by the election in 2020, there will be almost a million jobs lost in damn near every industry that are affected by stupids war…now, I know I harp on this a lot but, what would the repubs have said if it was Obama who did this? If it was Obama who staggered around showing his ignorance every damn day and hurting the country with everything that comes out of his moronic mouth? Here’s the thing, most of these jobs are probably lost by people who voted for the idiot and they still support him even after going broke…this is the very definition of a cult and these people need to be deprogrammed if they are ever going to be able to identify reality and be a part of society again….but, I’m not holding my breath….
Voter fraud?
Well…irony is really and truly dead as of last night at the idiot trump’s rally in NC…the idiot was in town to “help” another repub to get elected to the House in a special election that is being held since the last one for this district was voided for…wait for it…voter fraud perpetrated by the repubs there…but that doesn’t matter to the first no truth administration in the history of the country…and trumpy boy went on and on with his schtick about “massive” voter fraud in California when there has never been a documented case of it there…but it happens all the time in repub controlled states. Why doesn’t the media ask trump for proof of his assertions? Why don’t they just call him a liar and then stop listening to him? trump hasn’t earned any respect from anyone and don’t give me that crap that is respect for the “office” that is keeping reporters from challenging him….while he is in office, there can be no respect for the office…trump has debased it too much…impeach…
Getting spies killed…
Well…I know I’ve harped on this quite a bit over the past few years but it bears repeating every damn day…the repub party is filled with hypocrites who hate this country…I know you remember how many investigations there were of Hillary’s e-mails and the reason for them was that there might have kinda maybe been some classified information in them…and the hypocrites on the right blew a gasket every damn day saying she should go to jail for how she handled them…well get ready of some industrial strength hypocrisy today…the Washington Post reported today that the CIA had to smuggle a spy out of Russia in 2017 since they couldn’t trust trump to keep his mouth shut about him…since he runs it all the time like a bad case of diarrhea…and they were concerned that the idiot trump would get him killed. They are still alarmed at how the entire administration handles classified information citing examples of just last week when the idiot in chief tweeted out a classified photo of an Iranian missile site where a rocket had just blown up….letting the world know our capability to monitor this type of activity. Now, let’s compare…maybe kinda sorta classified information on an e-mail server or shooting your mouth of and getting spies killed, while you alert the world what our capabilities to spy are. Which one do you think is worse…oh, and lets remember trump giving away classified information to the Russian ambassador in the WH around the same time that resulted in a spy network being dismantled and leaving us less safe. So, what are you going to do about this senate repubs? Yeah, nothing…just like with everything else idiot boy does…the election is coming…tick tock…
Trump’s taxes…
Well….a tiny little bit of trump’s 2005 taxes were revealed last night on Rachael’s show and it left more questions than it answered…like, where did the income come from? That is the big one that trump needs to answer…the WH is being two faced again on this one…gee, big surprise, first confirming that they really were copies of his 1040, but then going after the publishing of them as being “fake news” and “illegal”…really par for the course for these idiots who really don’t know or care that publishing them is protected under the first amendment. The real takeaway from the returns so far is that trump only paid 24% of his income in taxes when he should have paid 39% since that was the tax rate for his income for that year….but the bigger thing is that he paid the Alternative Minimum Tax to get him to the low 24%…and guess what one of the first things trump wants to do? Get rid of the AMT so he would only have to pay 3% on over a hundred million dollars in income…which is less than I paid on the 14K I lived on last year. This kind of self-dealing is illegal under many federal laws but do you think any repub prosecutor is going to do anything about it? Only if you are delusional…impeach….
The repubs are just sick…
Well…Paul Ryan and his repub cronies are just sick bastards and if you didn’t know it before, just listen to what they are crowing about today with their new “take healthcare away” law. In the CBO report, buried a little ways back, there is a 3 billion dollars a year saving for Social Security that these idiots are puffing their chests out about….but, as always, these sick bastards didn’t read the fine print…just guess where that 3 billion dollars comes from? C’mon, just one little guess…give up? It comes from the fact that more people will DIE from lack of healthcare before they apply for Social Security….so SS won’t have to pay out for those people that the repubs just took healthcare away from. Just a bunch of sick bastards is the only way to describe them….and to show pure glee that they can make people die earlier so they can cut taxes for the rich shows they just don’t give a damn about you and me…after all, these “people” just love causing pain…or I should say “causing freedom” as they gut the safety net…bastards all….impeach
Why did Preet Bharara hold out?
Well…with the blood bath Friday where 46 district attorneys were asked to resign, the question needs to be asked is why did Preet Bharara refuse and then was fired? Could it be that he was investigating trump and his cronies and their use by Putin in stealing the election? I think that is part of it…and asking for the resignations has been done before…but in an orderly manner with replacements ready in the wings…but we all know that trump and his cronies in the government don’t believe in the rule of law so they don’t think these posts are needed…and I also think that some of the attorneys were getting close to trump so they had to do something to derail the investigations. And that is where the Bharara firing comes in….he knew what he had on trump and he also knew that if he waited to be fired, that would add another charge to those trump had coming…that his firing would be obstruction of justice that would take down both trump and sessions…and the extra day in office with access to the investigation’s information would allow him to ensure that the crony of trump that was appointed to replace him wouldn’t be able to scuttle the investigation by making the evidence go away. With everything that is now being exposed, trump should be impeached today and he and his cronies who colluded with Russia need to be in jail….
The meltdown begins…
Well…I am watching gleefully as the meltdown of the idiot trump begins…Friday, he blew up at his senior staff and started screaming at them that they are not doing enough to make the collusion scandal with Russia go away and that baby idiot sessions didn’t tell him that he was going to recuse himself from the Russia investigations. Then, he went on a delusional tweetstorm accusing Obama of wiretapping his phones during the election…a tidbit that he got from the conspiracy website Breitbart that is a swamp of lies and right wing propaganda. The meltdown continued at his golf course with it being reported that he was bitching to people he golfed with that he “knew” he was right on the wiretapping and the media was covering it up. The only problem…okay, one of the problems here is that if wiretapping happened, there would be records and there aren’t any…and if there are, that would mean that a judge approved it…and that would mean that there was probable cause that a crime was happening….I think the idiot trump has seen that there is evidence that he is a criminal and it is only a matter of time before he is charged with it…and no amount of lying or misdirection is going to save him….drip, drip, drip…impeach…
