Well…just had to get to this one today since it shows the trouble ole Mitt’s campaign is in…in case you haven’t heard, one of his campaign co-chairs, Tim Pawlenty, has left the campaign to take a job lobbying to try to keep re-regulation of the banks from happening…as bad as that is, the real info is between the lines…why would a person that still believes that ole Mitt can be elected leave and give up the chance to be a part of a Romney administration? After all, that is what all of these political types are all about….to help to implement the winning side’s vision for the country. So, with the polls showing and increasingly untenable position for ole Mitt, we have the second wave of the rats leaving the sinking ship and it really makes me smile….at least there is something to smile at these days…

It’s not that easy…
Well…don’t have a long-form topic again today…it seems that there are so many things up in the air about my life that I’m just not thinking clearly enough to be lucid for long periods of time. So, this is going to be a short one with a few topics….let’s start with Anthony Weiner…what a fricking idiot…what the heck is wrong with politicians these days? Don’t they understand that electronic records last forever once they hit the web? I’m not sure if he should resign but this whole incident just shows that he’s not too bright…but what politician is? Hmmm…oh, the whole lost jobs thing in Obama’s term…the repubs just keep lying about the issue and no one is calling them on it….blaming Obama for the 2 million jobs lost before he even took office…so, that means he’s responsible for 9/11, Katrina, and anything else that happened before he was sworn in, too, I guess. Then, we have ole Tim Pawlenty coming out with his economic plan that includes more tax cuts and a promise that these cuts will result in a 5% growth rate for the economy….never has happened…never will happen….these guys are just pulling figures out of their asses and their base is eating it up…I really fear for this country now…geez…
Tim Pawlenty’s new leadership…
Well…I always have to laugh when I hear anyone of the supposed repub presidential candidates talk about the need for “new leadership” in Washington, and then go on to say they are the ones that should be leading. The latest of these idiots is the former governor of Minnesota, Tim Pawlenty, who chose to criticize the administration for it’s spending to get the country out of the worst recession since the twenties, and it’s lack of support gutting seniors healthcare that is proposed by one of the other “brains” of the repub party, Paul Ryan. What kind of leadership is he talking about? Leading the country back to the deregulation that caused the last meltdown? Leading the country back to the bad old days when the majority of our retirees lived a life of abject poverty after lives of hard labor? Leading the country back to the discrimination that blacks and gays have felt for many, many years? Leading the country back to the time when the middle class didn’t exist and all of the riches of this country are in the hands of the robber barons and labor has to beg for the scraps that are left? One thing we don’t need right now is any form of repub “leadership”, I think that is an oxymoron anyway…the repubs never lead, they just follow the instructions of their business masters to the detriment of the rest of the country…geez…
