Well….after the bombshell revelations of the indictments of 12 Russian agents who were some of the people who broke into the dem servers, we also found out that information was provided not only to the idiot trump’s campaign but to many other repubs who were running for office. With these new indictments, we now know why Paul Ryan has been helping Devin Nunes obstruct the House investigation…Ryan himself used this stolen information to help numerous House repubs running for election…now, let’s say that again…the speaker of the house, the person third in line to the presidency, conspired with Russian intelligence to help not only his own election, but to help many, many other repubs get elected. Every time he did that, it was a felony since accepting help from any foreign entity in a federal election is a felony…and that is not the worst part…he conspired with our greatest enemy to attack our country and then sits there with that granny-starving grin on his face and lectures the dems when they want to get to the truth. As I’ve said before, this is the biggest damn scandal in the history of this country and it only happened because the repubs are just fine with taking help from our biggest enemy if it keeps them in power…the party of values my ass….impeach….

Good riddance…..
Well…my day brightened up considerably a few minutes ago when it was announced that Paul Ryan is not going to run for his house seat this fall….okay, that’s an understatement…I’m grinning about this and all I have to say is good riddance to the smarmy little granny killer. This idiot has been on the wrong side of every issue…and was instrumental in the great tax scam giveaway from last year where the rich and corporations were showered with money and the rest of us were left with nothing…and, he is going to use the next 8 months to try to gut SS by lying that SS has anything to do with the deficit…when even saint Ronnie of Reagan pointed out that they are completely different funds, and that cuts to SS payouts will only go into the SS trust fund, not into the general fund…so there would be absolutely no effect on the deficit. This is just one of the bits of hypocrisy that this empty suit has foist on the country…to get to the core of Ryan’s lyin…you just have to remember his washing clean pots and pans at at homeless shelter during his campaign for VP just so he could get a photo op…that is his entire tenure…just one big photo op and stealing for the 1%….good riddance….
Less than 6%….
Well… we all know (at least those of us in the fact based community) that the repub “middle class tax cut” was a scam since the start…it was always driven by the need of the repubs to reward their big donors and to keep them from turning off the money taps that keep these idiots getting elected….and now the facts are in, that less than 6% of the business cuts went to workers…and the lies told by the repubs to get them passed are now objectively lies. You remember them don’t you? That the tax cuts would raise wages for workers, that the tax cuts would spur investment that would mean more jobs? that the tax cuts were targeted at workers and they would get a huge windfall? None of it is happening (are you surprised?) and, with the latest analysis, the only people who are benefiting are, of course, the 1%. Now, there are slivers of hope that the media is finally starting to do some actual, factual reporting on this issue but I still want to hear them ask idiot boy Ryan why he lied about who the beneficiaries were going to be of this budget busting monstrosity…and then do some damn follow up questions to hold his feet to the fire….geez…
Trump is STILL working with (for?) the Russians…
Well…with all of the “memo” crap that has been filling the media for the past week, a little CIA meeting has flown under the radar and it really shouldn’t have if the media was doing their jobs. Just this past week, the head of the CIA, Mike Pompeo, met with his counterparts in the Russian GRU (KGB) for reasons that are being kept secret…and you can guess why….both of the Russians that came here to meet with this idiot were specifically named in sanctions prohibiting them from coming into the US…and do you wonder why they were under sanctions? Both of them were in charge of the GRU, and the GRU was in charge of interfering with our election and getting the idiot trump elected. I don’t remember Obama lifting sanctions and inviting the people screwing with our country to come here and discuss anything…and this invitation comes after trump decided to break the law by ignoring the law that placed new sanctions on Russia for their election interference…something he HAD to do and does not have the power to ignore….I wonder what they were bringing trump? More orders or bribes? Look, we already know the the idiot trump has broken the law hundreds of times since the Russians installed him…so what are you going to do about it repubs? Every day you protect trump you are getting deeper in the swamp of obstruction of justice…I’m talking to you “onefitty” Ryan….impeach…
Paul Ryan really is dumb…
Well….if you have followed any of the stupid things that Paul Ryan has done (like washing clean pans at a soup kitchen for a photo op), it must be quite obvious that he is not the brightest person in the world…in fact, he’s pretty damn dumb. He reinforced that today when the smarmy little granny killer tweeted out that he had talked to a secretary in PA and she was “thrilled” that she had gotten an extra $1.50 a week in her paycheck due to the repub tax scam…and that extra money would pay for her Costco membership. Yep, again, the tone deaf idiot is crowing that his tax scam is putting so much money in the pockets of regular Americans….you can imagine what the reaction was in response on Twitter….let’s say it wasn’t positive since many people pointed out that regular people get $1.50 while the Kochs (who paid Ryan off with $500,000 after the bill passed) get around 10 billion dollars a year in cuts…hmmmm…I wonder what that is per week….let’s do the math…10 billion divided by 52…that works out to a little more than $1.50 a week….say $192,307,692….yep that’s 192 MILLION per week to the Koch’s….this “middle class” tax cut is still a scam that gives away 98% of the cuts to the top 1%…and you know what ole Ryan did after these responses to his idiotic tweet? Yep, he deleted it…probably thinking that no one had a screen shot of it….yep, he is that dumb….
Crumbs for the workers…as always…
Well….everyone but the repubs knew that the great tax giveaway of 2018 would benefit corporations and the 1%, and now we see that we knew what was happening…and the first crumbs are being sprinkled on workers starting with the big banks. and manufacturers. The banks have been crowing that the huge tax cuts they have been given is trickling down on their workers as they announced bonuses to some of their workers of up to $1,000 dollars…but, when you look at the comparison of the size of the tax cuts to the banks, the bonuses that are going to SOME workers are equal to less than 2% of the tax cut that the top 1% is going to get…so this huge tax cut that is going to decimate tax receipts is not going to anyone but the rich…or to put it in the words of a repub senator: “We need to reward our donors or they are going to turn off the money taps”…and that is the problem…many manufacturers and banks have used the tax cuts to finance laying off thousands of workers that they would have kept on without the cuts….again, the result of the shoddy bill that no one knew what it contained….but, there is only one thing you really need to know about the cuts…that the day after the tax cuts passed, Koch industries wrote Paul Ryan a check for $500K …talk about “pay for play”….geez…

Well….haven’t seen a lot about this on the news so I thought I’d talk about the reason none of the repubs are holding the idiot responsible for his destruction of our democracy….they know they are in it, too…in a long article in Newsweek yesterday, it was described how deeply Russian money has infiltrated the repub party…with Mitch McConnell’s PAC getting more than a million dollars from Russian billionaires that was laundered through American citizens to circumvent the ban on foreign money in our elections. And, this goes to one of the reasons that Paul Ryan is thinking about not running for re-election…he got money from the Russians that was then distributed to many, many other repubs for their campaigns. While not technically illegal since the money was run through Americans, it still came from Putin and his cronies and, while the ignorant idiots that vote for repubs won’t care, the rest of us do and they will be held responsible as the traitors they are…..impeach…
The math doesn’t add up….
Well…another day, another repub tax cutting plan being exposed for the fraud that it is….their grand plan was supposed to be released today but they are still working on it..and now it will be released tomorrow…never mind that they have been “working” on their tax plan since at least 2010…and they have nothing to show for it but tax cuts for the rich and raising taxes on everyone else. And magically, deficits no longer matter…all of the scores say that this “plan” (what little is known of it) would explode the deficit by 1.5 trillion dollars a year…whatever happened to the “grave concern” that the repubs were expressing about the national debt just a few months ago? Now, we on the left knew that Paul Ryan was a fraud and his “wonkishness” and expertise on budget matters was nonsense…after all, how much expertise is needed to give more and more money to the rich and corporations? It’s just like the CEO’s that are brought in to make companies profitable again and all they do is cut jobs…not grow the company or innovate…but just cut, cut, cut while they cash their 8 figure paychecks. Ryan and his tax plan are both frauds….and we are all going to pay for it….geez…
It isn’t just trump….
Well…I am a little concerned that the Russian scandal is focusing too much on the idiot trump when there were many other repubs involved in colluding with them on the election and getting sanctions lifted. Just today, it was reported that the Russians gave “instructions” to a repub rep, Dana Rorahbacher to discredit the Magnitisky Act….the sanctions that were put on Russia for multiple reasons, not the least interference in our election. Now, I may be a little old fashioned, but I remember when only spies were given “instructions” from the Kremlin and when they were found out, they were charged with espionage and put in jail. So, what do you think will happen to ole Dana? Not a damn thing…but, for the other part of this story, think back a few months when Ryan and his cronies were caught on a hot mic musing about whether or not the Russians were paying him…now this makes sense…committing treason for cash…a typical repub action….what are you going to do about this one, Ryan? Impeach….
What does it take repubs?
Well….Have been thinking about the utter mess that the idiot trump and his cronies have made of this country and our standing in the world and the one question that comes to my mind is “what does it take, repubs?” What does it take to for you to cut this festering wound of a president out of the country? Is it collusion with a foreign power to rig the election? Is it breaking every frickin ethics rule that there is? Is it the constant lying? Is it withdrawing the US from it’s leadership position in the world? Is it hate? Is it racism? Is it nepotism? Is it stealing taxpayer’s money to golf every damn weekend? I guess there is nothing that the idiot trump can do to rouse the congressional repubs to do their damn job…and doesn’t that make them complicit in the lawbreaking? I hope this country survives until next year when I hope some semblance of sanity returns and we take the congress back…..as you can tell, I don’t have a lot of hope left that any repub will put the country first just once, just frickin once….impeach…
