Well…let’s just stop with putting Mitt Romney on a pedestal for coming our with criticism of the repub party in support of a new biography that is coming out soon…and the only reason he is making this criticism is that he is retiring and doesn’t need to work with the crazies anymore…my question is: where the hell were you for the past 6 years? All I remember is the halfhearted bs where he seemed to try to have it both ways…one thing I do remember is that he was the only repub senator who voted to convict idiot boy in the impeachment trials twice, but he could have done more to call out the slide of the repub party into absolute craziness and hypocrisy…but no, let’s save it for a book that he is going to make a million dollars from…he says that he worked behind the scenes to protect democracy but the best way would have been to go public with what was going on in real time…or to switch parties and help the dems crush the crazy by voting with them…it’s just like all the repubs and reporters who had important information that could have been used to fight the maga assholes and the idiot trump…they thought of themselves first and the country second…and that is nothing to applaud…geez…

Under the radar….
Well…with the Nunberg meltdown that took all of the oxygen out of the news media yesterday, one little story flew under the radar that is just more evidence of Russian meddling in our country and the fact that the idiot trump is not doing anything about it. This story would be shocking in any other “administration”, but with all of the scandal and cronyism coming out of the WH, it has not gotten the attention it deserves….yesterday it was reported that Christopher Steele told Bob Mueller that his contacts in Russia have told him that Russia intervened when the idiot trump wanted Mitt Romney as his Secretary of State since Romney is a noted hawk on Russia and would ensure that the sanctions on Russia were not lifted. So, who did we get when the Russians vetoed Romney? Rex Tillerson who Putin awarded the Russian Order of Friendship to for his collaboration with the Russians when he was the head of Exxon/Mobil…and someone who has so many connections to Russia that Putin thought he would be easily manipulated to support removing sanctions. Is this treason, finally? How about it repubs…are you going to do anything now when the idiot in the WH is clearly doing Russia’s bidding? What a traitorous bunch…impeach….
A little wandering around…
Well…haven’t really found anything that has grabbed me to write about so I think I’ll just wander around a little and see what happens…some idiot almost backed her trailer into my car today out at pool and that kind of ruined my mood for a while…but, the drive home with the top down fixed that….anyone else curious about the disappearance of ole Vlad Putin? He hasn’t been seen in over a week and the propaganda arms of his government are falling all over themselves trying to make like everything is normal using old news reports and saying that they are current and press releases that his “handshake” is a strong as ever…pretty weird stuff…it would be a shame if he has died…snark…..ole Mittens the Romney is back trying to do something on Iran…not sure what that would be but he thinks everything would be great if Obama just did what ole Mittens said and walk away from the negotiations….how much more irrelevant can one human being be? I just think ole Mittens is just too dense to understand he lost the election and that no one wants to hear a thing he has to say…what a sorry little man…geez…
Real chutzpah…
Well….I am just shaking my head right now with a speech that ole Mitt did the other day preparing for another run at the White House where he went on and on that income inequality has increased under Obama and he is concerned about it…what real chutzpah….he wasn’t too concerned when he was stealing millions and putting tens of thousands out of work while working at Bain capital…but, in an act of the cheapest political crap, he has flip flopped on this issue just because he saw that it worked for Obama…not from any new found concern for the middle class…he still thinks that 47% of them are just leeches who won’t work. I can’t wait for the news shows…well..”the Daily Show” anyway to get hold of this one….how much shallower can he show himself to be?
Last one for the month…
Well…have a few minutes so I thought I’d get the last one for the month done before pool today so I won’t have to think about it…but, I’m not sure what to write about so it may be a little disjointed….I did want to comment on the whining, whining, whining that ole Mitt and his wife are doing about losing the election…my god, get over it! It was 15 months ago..you lost…but that doesn’t stop them from continually trying to assert that the country would be better off with ole Mitt as president…and the 1% would be, of course, but the rest of the country? Not for a minute….man, what is it about the rich that makes them such whiners? Just go back to your 10 homes and car elevators and leave the rest of us alone…even when Al Gore had the election stolen by the supreme court, you didn’t hear him whine about it…he went on to other things and got on with his life…geez…
Some short comments…
Well…I am still laughing about the interview that the Romneys gave to Fox news the other day and the abject whining, whining, and more whining that ole Ann did again…you’ll remember her “campaigning is hard” comments from last year? Just more of the same of that crap this time…bitching about how when the campaign was over they were left alone and how they like to “give” so much…and the implied tone of the article was that it wasn’t enough to “give”, but they wanted to be thanked for it..thanked for helping screw up the country, thanked for just being such assholes…I wish they would just go away so we don’t have to hear from them ever again.
Oh, one last thing about austerity…if you want to see what the effects the sequester and it’s budget cuts are going to do, just look at what the same crap has done in Europe….record high unemployment and negative growth…let’s keep saying that…Keynes was right, again….
Okay…wanted to do one on Snyder and Detroit here but I’m just not feeling it today…I’ll be back later and try again…
Where’s my gift?
Well…I was thinking while I was out on the bike and this one popped into my head: “Where’s my gift?” If the only reason anyone voted for Obama is that they got “gifts”; according to ole Mitt, then, where the heck is my gift? Is it in the mail? Is it going to be delivered down the chimney? And, what is the gift? I hope it’s a pony! Yeah, sounds pretty ridiculous doesn’t it? But, that is what the rich think…they don’t think that being able to pay 14% on their income is a “gift”, it is a right since they were able to buy laws that allow them to treat their income as different from yours and mine. But when anyone else gets anything that will make their life better like health care, or a living wage it is a “gift” to be reviled and those that get that health care just takers that have no place in society…what a bunch of crap…just go away, Mitt so we don’t have to look at that plastic smile anymore..geez…
Romney really is delusional…
Well…I am quite surprised…no, not really, about a new tape that came out today about ole Mitt where he was talking to some of his rich buddies on the reasons why he lost the election…you know what the reason really was, in ole Mitt’s mind anyway? It was the “gifts” he gave to minorities, women, and the young….yep, ole Mitt still believes what he said in the “47%” tape…and that is that people will vote for the president because they get “things” from him. Like the young being able to stay on their parents insurance…like women being able to control their own bodies, and minorities being respected for the human beings they are; not pawns to be used in political campaigns to be ignored once the election is over. What a piece of crap ole Mitt is…I hope that Obama ignores this idiot and the cynical, stupid ideas he espouses…he has no place at the table in modern America…geez…
Gonna be getting a bunch of these…
Well…with the election getting closer and closer, I am going to be free forming this and trying to get thoughts down as I have them…which means you’ll be getting a bunch of these in the next 24 hours…I am getting so excited about this election and I’m sitting here vibrating with the new projection from Nate Silver at 538 that says that Obama now has an 86% chance at winning tomorrow and I may even be able to let myself breathe a little…I may even watch Fox a little when the results are certain to listen to how fast they make excuses and throw ole Mitt under the bus…and there will be nothing but excuses…not that their ideas as so far out of of the mainstream that the country is rejecting them but that they just weren’t conservative enough…get the point repubs…people don’t want your crazy assed ideas of putting the government into women’s health decisions or any of the others…I can’t wait for ole Mitt and crazy Paul to go away…geez…
One more thing to remember…
Well…have been thinking this aft about what to write about the election and it just jumped out at me from almost all of the platforms…twitter mostly…and the story now appears to be the repubs efforts at voter suppression in the states they control…including Florida and Ohio..to try to make sure the rig the vote, these idiots have been changing the rules on the fly; in Ohio the secretary of state, Jon Husted, has even continued to change the rules in defiance of court orders that compel him to restore the early voting that was available in 2008. One of the things you need to take away form this nonsense is the fact that where there are dem SOS, there are never any problems with voting, in fact, the dems always make it easier to vote…how much more Un-American can you get than trying to make sure some of your fellow citizens won’t get the chance to exercise the greatest right that we have…to vote to elect our leaders? The second part of this story centers on the fact that Romney and his thugs are already putting a strategy in place to delay his defeat by getting thousands of lawyers to challenge ballots across the country and are training “poll watchers” to intimidate dem-leaning voters by stopping and questioning people going into the polling places to vote along with standing over the shoulders of poll workers to try to make sure the process slows down and people will get frustrated and not vote. The only question I have is “what kind of a country do we want?” One where intimidation and shennanigans steal elections or one where the competition of ideas and easy execution of our constitutional rights decides elections? It’s your choice…make the right one…
