Well…now we know what the idiot trump is being investigated for and why the warrant for his tacky golf club…it’s the espionage act…three laws actually…18 usc 793, 2071, and 1519…three damn serious charges that should put him in jail for years…and the first one is a slam dunk since it covers the”willful or grossly negligent removal of information related to national defense…and finding boxes of this information unlocked in his damn golf club makes this an easy case to make…and the 2071 statute deals with the concealment or removal of documents and 1519 deals with the destruction of alteration or falsification of documents that are part of a federal investigation…and idiot boy has done them all…and let’s remember that Reality Winner took one page of this type of documents and is doing 5 years for that one page…so with the boxes and boxes found, trump could be looking at being in jail for the rest of his life…yay! Couldn’t happen to a bigger asshole….geez…now just indict the prick already and let’s see a perp walk….now!

Can’t wait for 3 pm…
Well…damn, I can’t wait for 3 pm and the release of the search warrant and supporting materials for the idiot trump’s tacky golf club…so far, idiot boy hasn’t sued to stop the release and I’m not sure how that would work…I mean, did John Gotti get to sue to stop the release of any of the warrants used to search his house? I think there really can only be two reasons the idiot stole 25 boxes of classified material…the first is to make money off it since he is the most amoral, venal person in the US who only saw profit for him when he was installed as president…or, he was going to use them to trade to get him out of any indictment that he knows is coming…why else do you steal nuclear secrets? He can’t even pronounce the word nuclear correctly and I’m sure he didn’t read any of them since it’s been well reported that he doesn’t read…and the big problem here is two fold…he had some of country’s biggest secrets stored in an unlocked closet in his spy riddled club and I’m sure that every damn one of them has already been photographed by those spies and he doesn’t understand that is enough to make them essentially worthless now…but that isn’t the point…the point is that doing what he did is a felony for every page that he took and he finally is going to pay for this bullshit and I hope for his whole damn life…I’ll be back to comment here after I see the documents….more later…
August 12th
Well…damn, it’s August 12 and it’s only 51 degrees out there…can’t remember it being that cold in August before and I am glad I closed this place up before bed last night…and I think I may have helped the sleep deficit I’ve been experiencing with not getting out of bed until 6:46 this morning and only getting up once….I have pain in my right side this morning and I wonder how I may have hurt it….cripes now I’m hurting myself sleeping? That’s what you younger folks have to look forward to…sounds like fun, huh? Had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get much done but making potato salad and going out to the beach and I didn’t have sunscreen on so had to use aloe last night with the burn I got on my face and scalp…it’s not that bad but just tight and I don’t want it to peel….I did use the bug spray I bought to keep the biting flies away at the beach yesterday…those damn little things were making it uncomfortable but the Off deep woods seems like it works but keeping it in the cooler might not be a good idea…damn, that goes on cold but it has a nice smell….it looks like I’m not going to get enough tomatoes to make a batch of salsa this year or to spread them around the neighborhood and I can’t figure that out…have never had so few of them since I’ve had a garden and I’m not sure if it’s something I did or if it’s just chance….will have to figure that out over the winter….not much to do today…getting a late start since it is already after 7:30 but I am not motivated to get going right now…maybe by 8 but who knows? I do have to cook some chicken thighs later today and I am going to make tacos over the weekend to use some of the tomatoes I do have….and I am looking forward to making pickles as soon as the cukes are ready but that will be another week I think….more later….
Merrick Garland’s mic drop moment…
Well…if you saw or read the news since the serving of the warrant on the idiot trump’s tacky golf course, the right has been going on and on and on if the search warrant was legal, why doesn’t the DOJ release it and the list of things seized…they must be covering something up…so today, Merrick Garland gave a press conference saying that he has petitioned a judge to allow him to release the warrant that will list all of the laws that were broken and the things that were to be seized…and he has given idiot boy til tomorrow at 3 pm to file a motion with the judge why it shouldn’t be or it will be released…something that trump could have done himself since he has copies of both but he knows that he will really look like a criminal if it is. All I can say is well played, Garland…he is calling all of the bullshit that has come out of the right since the warrant was executed…so what do you say now, fox news? I may have been wrong about Garland and my bitching that he and the doj were not doing enough to hold the criminal trump accountable…and I will say it…I was wrong…Garland is doing exactly what the doj should always do…following the evidence wherever it leads no matter who it leads to…good job….
A train of Model A’s
Well…when I was out at the beach today and had just gotten settled in my chair enjoying the sun and water, I looked up just in time to see a train of Model A’s go by…those are old Fords that were made in the 1930′s and these were all restored better than new…and it looked like there was one of every body style including a 32 Victoria that I had a model of when I was a kid…there was even one body style I had never seen that had an actual steamer trunk for a trunk so it may have been another make they were so far away I couldn’t be sure…but still pretty cool to see….
440 fifths…
Well…normally, when you hear 440 fifths you think that someone is going to have a hell of a party or there was a booze hijacking somewhere…but no, that’s not what this is about…that is how many times the idiot trump took the fifth in a deposition yesterday on his fraudulent activity where he inflated the worth of his properties to get loans and the deflated them when it came time to pay taxes on the property….this is a common activity that idiot boy has engaged in since his daddy gifted him with 400 million dollars when he died…now, I’m the first person to say that using your constitutional rights is the right of any American and in a criminal court, it can’t be construed to mean the person is guilty….but, in a civil court, taking the fifth can be highlighted as the person having a “consciousness of guilt” that can be used against them…so I guess his lawyers thought it was better to plead the fifth than to expose him to perjury charges since idiot boy lies as much as he breathes….and that put’s him in the lead of time the fifth was taken as the investigation of his companies continues…doubling the number of times his kids did it….so, I hope James does bring another civil suit against this criminal asshole and finally puts him away…it’s race to see who does it and my money is on the prosecutor in Georgia investigating voter fraud there…someone get him…geez…
August 11th
Well…dang, I wonder why I’ve fallen into the pattern of waking up a little after one and then up for good around 5…this morning I looked at my phone and thought it was 6:08 when it was really 5:08 so I climbed back into bed until a little after 6 and I may have even slept a little…but, I feel okay so I guess I can live with it….yesterday was not productive at all and I think I’m okay with that…I did get out to the beach for a swim and the water is still nice but I can feel the end of summer coming….and the work will start up again here in a couple of weeks and I think I’m ready for that….but it was nice to have some time off for the first time in my life and I’ll do the same next summer….DD has smoked sausage on sale of 11 pounds for only 13 bucks but who the heck needs 11 pounds of smoked sausage? I like it but it’s not good for me so I think I’ll pass on that one….I do have to get my calorie intake up since yesterday was an under 1K day…only had a small bowl of pasta salad for lunch and a pork chop with green beans from my garden but that’s not enough….I am going to do better today with getting after a couple of ripe tomatoes I have in the fridge and I am going to make some potato salad later so I think I can get to 1500 today…yeah, right…I like losing weight and want to get down to 170 by the end of summer….and I’m on my 4th day of being good at night so that helps….not much to do today….just going to have coffee and get on the bike here in a minute but it’s still a little dark out there…I did have a laugh yesterday when people were lined up all along the trail waiting to get in the “christian” music festival at heritage…I would wait in line for some groups and I have done an overnight in Chicago to get tickets to Led Zeppelin but you know me with anything religious…to each his own I guess….more later….
Trail weirdness…
Well…haven’t done one of these in a while and could have with the fox that ran across the trail in front of me yesterday, but today was weirder and I wanted to share it…after I did the first ride I was coming back past the coles bakery and marina around 8 or so and there was nothing unusual there…just boats and the nice smell of baking bread…and then I did the grocery run and read the news a bit and got back on the bike by a little before ten…and that put me at the coles marina at about 10 and I was shocked to see a small deer lying on the side of the trail with it’s belly ripped open in an area where the only traffic is bikes, walkers, and runners so it couldn’t have been a car doing the damage….now it could have been one of the electric bikers riding one of those huge things that weigh 150 pounds without a rider….but I don’t think a bike would tear the animal open…so that makes me think it was some kind of a predator but during the day? We do have bears out here but very few and there are some coyotes but that would need a pack of them since this small deer would have had a mother there to protect it….this is going to be a puzzle for a while…and I really do wonder what could have done it…

Well….guess who won’t talk to the prosecutors in one of the NY cases against him? Yep, the big orange satan has taken the fifth for every question he’s been asked today…never mind that he has a famous quote that says “only criminals take the fifth”…and he’s justifying it by saying the investigation is corrupt and everyone is out to get him…damn, that sounds just like a mob boss and guess who never had to take the fifth….Hillary, Obama, Fauci, and every other dem that the repubs have lied about for the past twenty years….and I know the idiot thinks that taking the fifth negates all of the evidence against him and it’s just like a get out of jail free card…but it’s just one tiny bit of evidence against him and you can be sure prosecutors have enough to convict him with all of the financial records from his banks, accounting firm, and insurance company….but none of this matters to his cult…as they are out there already saying the FBI planted evidence against him when they raided his tacky golf club in Florida and will say that he is a “tough guy” for taking the fifth and will swallow his lies and love it…but the court of public opinion is not where he is going to be tried…and PR doesn’t work in court….tick tock trump…lock him up….geez…
August 10th
Well…darn…1:41 and then up at 5:37 but in between those times, I think I slept okay so I guess I’ll take that three hours…when I told my new doctor about how much I sleep every night and he didn’t seem to be alarmed but from everything I read, 4-5 hours is not enough and can cause health problems….but I wonder when they would manifest after sleeping like this for 40 years? I have had the moving pain again after it started in my right thigh, moved to my right calf, then to my right tricep, and yesterday my left thigh started to hurt when I was just sitting here and it still hurts this morning….and last night, my left upper arm started to hurt and I wonder if some of it is a little reaction to the pneumonia shot I got a week ago? It’s all tolerable so I guess I shouldn’t bitch too much…didn’t get much done yesterday but laundry and a run out to the beach but I do have the grocery run to do today after I get the first ride in here as soon as it gets light….having problems with the kitchen drain again and I think I may put a union in it to use as a clean out so I can run a snake both up and down stream when it gets slow….tried some drain cleaner on it the other day and it seems to be running better and I think I’ll do that again today to try to maintain the flow in it….it a really long drain pipe with not much slope to it and the clean out port is in the crawl space that I don’t want to have to climb into again….not much to do today…I do need to make potato salad again since I cooked the eggs a couple of days ago and the lists for groceries have grown to a three bag day at aldi’s along with a long list at Meijers since I now have tomatoes that need to be used and that means tacos, chips and cheese smothered in chopped tomatoes, and just slices of them with tortilla chips…and I have cukes that will be ready to make into pickles in a couple of days so I need the spices for that….and then need to slice them and get them into jars…going to try to make some pickle spears, too…a low calorie snack that is the only way I like cukes….more later….
