Well…running early this morning since I have to meet up with someone at 8….bad night last night with the Wings losing but I didn’t watch it so it was less painful….slept okay but feel like crap today and I think the allergies are doing part of it….okay…not feeling this right now so I am going to stop and come back later…

Okay…I’m back..it has been a busy day with the breakfast meet up and then my brother stopped over and we stood outside and gabbed for a couple of hours…got sunburned like a frickin lobster…need to get the aloe out so it doesn’t peel….this is the first time I’ve stood still all day and it’s after two….okay…need the aloe and some more water…long, hot ride today….still thirsty…
