Well…just a shorty in response to some tweets I’ve been seeing today that have said that since Texas is a red state and run by repubs, they can just go to hell and don’t deserve help from the blue states…now, I really don’t care much for repub lawmakers who do nothing but make the country worse for most of us, but these folks losing everything in Texas are Americans and all of us on the left and right have a duty to help anyway we can….and to say because you have different political views you deserve to die is just one of the most sick things I have ever heard….and I reject anyone saying this crap….we’re better than that…at least I hope we are….geez….

Shameful trump….
Well…if you weren’t sure what kind of a person the idiot trump is, just look at his tweets today…with millions of Americans in danger from the weather in Texas, the idiot boy tweets a plug for a book written by one of his donors, about how big his election win was, (again), how they love him in Missouri, and a bunch of other nonsense, even going so far to brag how much “his” government is doing for Texas…seemingly reveling in the storm and that he can respond to it…every damn thing he has tweeted today was about him…nothing about how the country feels about our fellow Americans who are in danger and losing everything, nope, not from this asshole….repubs, are you tired of this yet? I know 60% of the country is and it is your job to remove this stain on the country…impeach….
August 27th
Well….running a little late today and I just forgot this again…got wrapped up in the F1 pre-race show….slept okay last night and had a pretty good day since I made some money selling off some bike parts…had two rear gear sets that were too low geared for me and the money will buy groceries this week…I did notice that some of the stitching on the cars top had broken so I had to repair that….used some cool new adhesive that appears like it worked….going to have to budget for a new top next year…..have been having some problems with my eyes lately and I think it’s from sleeping on them….it seems to be clearing up so I guess I won’t worry about it….I may have to take the day off the bike today since there is rain coming about after the race is over so we’ll see…not really warm enough to get wet on the bike….more later….
August 26th
Well…not sure if I’m running late or not but it sure feels late….I think I’m in neutral this morning and I’m hoping the coffee will put me in gear….slept okay again last night and that is a relief…was just a little worried that the bad sleep had come back permanently but that didn’t happen…and, I’m not sore at all today so the bike ride will be a good one later…but, it is only 48 outside so the ride will wait for quite a while…need to get out before Man U plays at noon….I have been looking at new bikes and have found one that I am going to buy when the money starts coming in again….and I think I am going to buy a motorcycle…have found a bunch of them for 1K and I really do want to have one more of them before I die…..not much to do today….I should clean a little and I might…but no promises…more later…
2000 miles so far…
Well….was on the bike today and looked down to see 2001 miles on the computer…I hope you get the reference there…this is the fastest I’ve gotten to 2000 miles since the year without a winter, when I was on the bike on New Years day in shorts…so this looks like a year of about 3400 miles by the time the snow flies….one thing I noticed today, and should have noticed earlier, was that there are never any kids riding their bikes….when I was young, and those trails would have been available, they would have been our playground…we would have been out there constantly, making forts and just screwing around all day…I wonder if kids do that anymore?
August 25th
Well…trying to get started this morning and not having a lot of success…I need coffee…slept okay last night but I feel a little slow today but I earned it and that’s okay….my back still doesn’t hurt so I’m not going to talk about it until it hurts again…had a good day yesterday and got the bathroom finished, finally, but didn’t get a lot else done…figured out that I can make it to the 20th of next month if I sell some bike parts today…have a couple of rear cassettes that I won’t need if I get a new bike…not much to do today…going to continue to clean but the bike ride will have to wait since it is in the 40′s right now and I need it to be 57 to go out without a sweatshirt….more later…..

Well…as we all know, the idiot trump is the worst person in this country and he shows it every day…the last outrage from the self-centered narcissist is his self congratulatory “rally” the other night where it was all trump, all the time…and he told the tiny crowd that he was the smartest person in the country…but what didn’t he say? There was no mention at all of the 9 sailors that were missing from the destroyer John McCain…who have now been given up for dead. And now, two days later, still not a peep of condolence from him, no call to the families, no nothing since nothing exists outside of him…and nothing happens in the world unless it happens to him…I have no words for this asshole..this worthless pile of crap..other than impeach the son of a bitch….
August 24th
Well…running about on time today even with doing the grocery run….slept much better last night and had dreams of my Fiat 124 Spyder that I had back in the 70′s…and that was cool…only woke up about 4 times overnight and that is a welcome change from how it has been lately….and my back has been good for over a week now and I am hoping this is the new normal….I did go out and find a new bike yesterday but they will probably be out of them by the time I have the money for it next month…and it is only 339 bucks for all of the features my current bike has…the gold on my current bike has been getting a little dated and I am looking forward to having a black one….a Darth Vader bike…all blacked out with black wheels….not much to do today….I am going to finish the bathroom and do a few other things but there is no soccer to watch so I’ll be a little bored as the day goes on…oh, well…more later….

Well….okay, I stole that title from Monty Python….but, after all trump all the time, it is time for something light that doesn’t mean much….was telling Tom about this a couple of weeks ago….I have been using the same BIC shaver now since the start of June…and it still shaves close and comfortably….normally, they last at best a couple of weeks, but three months? The only thing I can figure out is that their steel supplier made a mistake and hardened the blade steel as it should be…not to the specifications of the company since no shaver company wants their disposable shavers to last three months. So now, we have another contest to see just how long this one will last…any bets?

Well…not sure if you saw the deranged meltdown of the idiot trump in Phoenix last night…just more of the same of grievance after grievance…fake news, bad media, I’m great, you suck nonsense that is part and parcel of his “campaign” rallies….and if you looked at the fox news coverage, it looked like standing room only with a big crowd there…but, real photos of the crown size are surfacing on the internet showing that the hall was 50% filled at best and maybe not even that high….I wonder how donnie is feeling about that crowd size…that he can’t even fill a medium size hall…I’ll bet Obama could have filled it to overflowing and I’m sure that bugs the crap out of the idiot….and we all need to retweet the photos to the idiot in chief just to rub it in…it will be fun to see the meltdown…impeach….
