Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done….slept okay but I am still tired today and I know why….I did eat okay yesterday…still a little under on calories but I hope to do better today….not sure if I like the new earbuds…might have to try another pair and leave these to use with the phone…had to change the equalizer and that screws it up for using the player in the car….not much to do today…have to meet up with someone this morning and then out to pool this aft…then college football starts tonight so that will give me something to do…more later….

Well…have been trying to find a topic today that would mean something but without much luck…so, I thought I’d do an update instead…had the unpleasant surprise today when I was getting on the bike that my earbuds had failed with only the right one working…so, I had to go out and buy another set…I was glad I had made some money yesterday so I had the cash to get another pair of Sonys that are similar to the old ones…I did find that I can use these to activate my phone and they have a microphone built into the cord so I can use my phone hands free…and, they sound good, too…had to reset the equalizer to add a little bass and cut the high end since they are brighter but for only 15 bucks I guess I won’t bitch too much….more later…

Oh, one last thing…I got a free travel alarm clock with the purchase of the earbuds…priced at 5 bucks and maybe worth three…

Well…running really late this morning and the only reason that I can see is that I made a big grocery run since I made a little money yesterday…going to have ribs and grilled portabello mushrooms on the grill today…just got so tired of having nothing but chicken that I splurged on some other protein…even bought some ground chuck to make burgers….so, I’ll get back on the healthy food kick next week…slept okay last night but feel pretty crappy today…might have to stop taking the sleeping pills again…it’s such a trade off to get sleep but feel sluggish the next day…maybe I’ll try that tonight…not much to do today…I do need to get some work done around here and clean the fridge but I may leave that for the weekend….

Oh, one sad thing that I read in the papers this morning…Neil and Pegi Young are getting a divorce after 37 years…..not much to say about that…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I had a little fun going out to have a couple with G but that has made today a little slow so far…slept okay but on my shoulder again so it hurts again this morning and my tooth is starting to act up again so my mood is less than good today…didn’t get much done yesterday but today will be better, I hope, at least I need to get the papers out and get the old equipment in the trash and get the vacuuming done…if I accomplish that, I’ll be happy…or at least less unhappy…not much to do today…thought about skipping the bike ride again since I am getting bored with it but I need another 600 miles this year to make it only 3K for next year to get to 25K….so, I guess I’ll get started…more later…

Well….slept okay last night but  have aggravated the pain in my neck and shoulder so I can barely move it…this has been going on for about a week now and it looks like painkillers early today so I can work out and ride the bike….feel guilty that I took the day off from both yesterday so maybe a long one today? I do need to clean this place up and get rid of some stuff but with the pain, I am not sure how much I can get done….not much to do today…plan on getting some resumes out but then taking it easy to try to heal the shoulder and get to be pain free…more later….

Well…just noticed that I am really far behind so I guess I’ll update on the trip out to the beach today….it was okay and the water was warm enough to stay in for quite a while but the storms rolled in around 11 so I had to go over to the Tip to have lunch…it wasn’t raining when I started back so I put the top down and ran for a quite a few miles with just some light rain starting….so, I continued on, staying dry in the car but then the sky just opened and I started to get really wet so I had to stop at the rest area on 96 to put it up…then, I spilled my coffee on the passengers seat but had a towel ready so no stains…and the seats are black anyway…but, I may have to replace the shifter boots since there is heat and gear oil smell coming from it…I think they’re about 50 bucks but I have to see if I can get the shift knob off first….still had fun…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I didn’t do much…just a rest day from the busy days….slept okay last night and part of it was that I put the air on last night for the first time all summer…just got tired of feeling damp and having everything here damp…and it is still okay this morning even though I turned it off at 11….I am going to go out to the beach this morning to get my yearly swim in so I should get going…need to load up the car and get the papers to read….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but a little too busy and I am looking forward to just hanging out here and cleaning….had some fun but after two days in a row of going it will be nice to not do that…slept okay last night and had some dreams but they were strange and disjointed so I won’t report on them….I do feel a little slow today and I got sunburned even with the 30 sunscreeen I had on and my skin feels tight today….going to get on the bike in a few after the F1 race and before Man U plays so I need to get going…will be back for another one later if I feel like it…or find a topic…more later…

Well…it has been an okay day but a long one…the picnic was fun but the turnout was quite low…only 6 cars this year and there is talk of disbanding the club if the membership continues to fall….but, I did get some cool stuff again…finally got the Miata club hat that I wanted and some more of the same stuff I got last year…more Mazda towels, etc….only stayed at K’s for a little while…just way too many kids running around and I found myself craving peace and quiet….so now on to Doctor Who and the races….

Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I lost at pool…fun games, though so that was cool…had a really busy day running all over an today looks like more of the same…have to get the bike ride in and then hit Subway and then out to Fallasburg for the Miata picnic…after that over to K’s for a little party…and tonight is the first Doctor Who and Bristol so I’ll have something to do all day…even going to put the air on tonight since the humidity has everything damp and I need to dry things out…so, better get going so I can get the ride in and be on the road by 10:20…..more later…
