Well…okay, I probably shouldn’t revel in other people’s suffering but hey, it’s the idiot Ted Nugent so here goes…ever since the start of the pandemic, old ted has been one of the most vocal of the covid deniers…ridiculing people doing their part for our society by wearing masks and taking other precautions…along with getting the vaccine when it became available…and constantly telling anyone who would listen (and who would?) that the “china virus” was a hoax and even if you did catch it, it was no worse than the flu so you should just “man up” and not lose your “freedoms” by doing anything…and in the sweetest bit of irony, ole ted announced today that he has covid and has been “sicker than he could ever imagine” for weeks and he “thought he was dying”…so, does the flu make you feel that way? In my long life, I’ve had the flu numerous times and never felt like I was dying…I felt lousy, yes, but there was never the fear that I was going to die from it like there is from covid…and assholes like ted make things worse as his right wing moron followers do what he says to “own the libs” even though almost 600K people have died in this country since the pandemic began…and guess what? The virus doesn’t care if you’re a science denier or don’t “believe” that it exists, or bluster that people are “sheep” for taking precautions….if you give it the chance, the virus will get you and no amount of bloviating bullshit like ted spews will stop it….I have no f’s to give for people like ted who has caused the deaths of many people by his lies…and even getting the virus won’t change him…just wait, I predict his next statement is going to be “be a man, I beat the virus and you can, too”….just sick…

Ted Nugent for senate?
Well…just sitting here watching some soccer and this little tidbit came across my twitter feed….Ted Nugent is “seriously” considering challenging Debbie Stabenow for her senate seat in 2018…now let that sink in for a minute…the repub party has sunk so low that they will support a pants-shitting, draft dodging, racist, child molester to be elected to the senate…the supposed party of morals (yeah, I know…they haven’t had any morals for a long time) is thinking of nominating an ignorant ass to run for governor…well…there is precedent with trump so maybe it’s not too much of stretch for them…but the idiot Nugent hasn’t even lived in Michigan for more than 20 years…has never worked in politics and probably has no idea how government works…look how well that is working out with trump….look, I know Debbie Stabenow and worked with her when she was a state senator…and she has worked tirelessly for our state…to replace her with terrible Ted (and not terrible as his stage name) would be a travesty and the cost to our state in respect would be enormous….just stay in Texas, Ted…that’s where you belong….

Well..I have been laughing my butt off this aft even though I feel like crap…ole Terrible Ted has announced he is going to run for president and many on the right think he would make the best president since Reagan…the bar is set pretty low there….Reagan was not too bright and let his administration break the law whenever he felt he wanted to…think Iran/Contra and the many other scandals that occurred on his watch…oh, back to Ted…is this the new low that the repubs have sunk to? That this racist idiot would even be considered just shows that the inmates have truly taken over the asylum…that this guy who has 9 kids with 7 different women is the standard bearer of family values? That this guy who has a predilliction for sleeping with teenage girls will appeal to the christian right? Oh, he may if he just shows that his behavior is the way to ensure control over women and he stands up and says none of the women had an abortion. What about the right wing military vote? Will these folks turn out to vote for old Ted when they know he crapped his pants (literally) to keep from being drafted and sent to Vietnam? I would just laugh if these folks weren’t serious about this nonsense and continue to demean the political discourse in this country….geez…
State of the Union hysteria…
Well…have been reading about the right’s responses that are coming to the State of the Union address and I am kind of laughing about the hysteria that is rampant in those responses…and there will be not one but two, count ‘em, two responses…one from the crazies that represent the “mainstream” repubs, and the second from the tea partiers that is sure to be full of “socialism, freedom, freedom, and freedom and guns” that should be fun to see. I am surprised at the level of hatred of this country and it’s institutions that we are seeing from these folks…the foaming at the mouth nonsense that Obama is taking our guns, has FEMA camps ready for gun owners, and is going to turn the whole country over to the UN. Then, we have the nut from Texas that has invited Ted Nugent to the SOTU…the same Terrible Ted who has threatened the presidents life on many occasions…I really do hope they talk to that batshit crazy, washed up has been…it will just highlight the sober adult that Obama is when compared to these idiots and the public will be even happier that they returned him to the White House instead of ole Mitt. The funniest thing that is going to happen tonight is that the repubs are rolling out Marco Rubio to do the right’s first response…and the advance copy of the speech shows that it is just more of ole Mitt and the ideas that were rejected in the election…the US just doesn’t want that crap but the repubs just don’t get it….geez….
