Well…sitting here waiting for my new phone to come and thought I’d do one on the laugh that is the attacks on Hutchinson’s testimony from the hearing yesterday…after she testified under oath, let’s remember, the attacks started from “unnamed sources” that trump didn’t touch the wheel of the car of do anything else in the limo that day…and thy all say that the people who were in the car would testify it was a lie…so, if it was a lie, where are they? When are they going to testify under oath and not on fox news? One of the striking things that these protectors of trump are doing is to center on a few minutes in the car since everything since it is the one part of the testimony that Hutchinson wasn’t personally present for but heard from the people that were…the rest of it, the most damning part, she was there for all of it and saw it personally…so, when fox news bleats about “hearsay” it all just a lie…she was there and saw it and testified under oath…let’s see the protectors of trump do the same….geez…

Trump assaulted his SS chief…
Well…just watched the latest hearing on the January 6th coup attempt and I think that idiot boy should be arrested for assault…when he was told that he was not going to the capitol on January 6th since the secret service couldn’t guarantee his safety, idiot boy grabbed the steering wheel of his limo and tried to yank it toward the capitol…when the SS chief grabbed his arm to asked him to stop, the asshole in chief tried to choke the chief in the limo…to me, this is an assault and trump should be charged for it…and we learned of the fact that idiot boy knew that his followers were armed and was told about it many, many times but his only comment was “they’re not here to hurt me” and that shows that he wanted them to hurt people in the congress and he didn’t care that people may be hurt or killed…and this shows trump’s “depraved indifference” to other people’s welfare and that is a crime, too…so what’s taking so long to charge idiot boy? It’s time, Merrick…get off your ass….geez…
I am tired of the do nothing dems…
Well…I can’t believe that this hair on fire moment in the US where the out of control supreme court is destroying our country in front of our eyes is being met with a shoulder shrug and just frickin words by the do nothing dem leadership. Where is the fighting back against the repeal of Roe? Where is the fighting back against the destruction of the separation between church and state that just happened today? Let’s send the whole house dem delegation over to manchin and sinema’s office and ask them to explain why they are blocking saving women’s rights, voting rights and the wall between church and state. And why they are blocking SC reform that would add 4 justices to blunt the far right capture of the court….and where the hell is Biden in all this? Just sitting on his hands and expressing “regret” that Roe is gone and the court is out of control…do something already…just frickin do something…do you want to lose the mid terms? Keep this inaction up and the youngsters are going to stay home since you talk and talk and do nothing….damn, I may have to move to Canada if they’ll have me…DO SOMETHING!
So the filibuster is worth more than these?
Well…I am tiring of the “institutionalists” in the dem party who will let the repubs walk all over them and allow them to ruin this country just because they don’t want to nuke the filibuster to get something done…so, let me ask these questions: Is the filibuster worth more than voting rights? Is it worth more than women’s rights? Is it worth more than LGBTQ rights? Because if Biden doesn’t change his mind and get off his ass and get the senate dems to kill the filibuster, all of these rights are gone…and no amount of collegiality is going to get this done without killing the racist filibuster and playing hardball like the repubs do….and we can’t wait til the election and hope that we gain in the senate and keep the house…I’m tired of waiting…times have changed and we no longer have a repub party to negotiate with…it is just a cult who has stolen the SC and is taking us back to the 1600’s…the court needs to be expanded and that will take nuking the filibuster, too…so get off your asses and get moving right frickin now….tick tock…
We need a general strike….
Well…with the obscene ruling from the SC yesterday overturning Roe, all of us who think that taking control of women’s bodies away from them is repugnant need to get out there and make the dems and repubs know that this will not stand…and to do that, we need a general strike of everyone…every woman, every man, every child need to just stop supporting the economy and stop doing anything period…no more work, no more shopping, no more anything to just crush the economy and make Manchin and Sinema know that if they won’t remove the filibuster to codify roe into law, they are toast in the next election…and we need to pressure the dems into investigating the lies that the trump judges told at their hearings…there is a law against lying to congress and they need to pay for lying they would leave Row alone as “settled law”….and never, ever vote for a repub again….never, ever…..geez…
A dark day in the US…
Well…as we knew from the leaked draft of this ruling, the SC just overturned Roe today taking rights away from Americans for the first time in history…I am not going to sit here and say anything about the fact I have a daughter…it’s bigger than that…6 unelected judges just decided that more than half the population no longer has rights they had yesterday…and this isn’t the end of it…the asshole Thomas has said he thinks that Obergfell was decided incorrectly, which will take the right to marry away from our gay neighbors and wants to outlaw contraception, too….and this is just the start, as I have said for years, these right wing judges want this to be a theocracy and they are not going to stop until religion rules this country and anyone can be arrested for anything they don’t like…now, tell me all you people out there that think there is no difference between the parties…get your heads out of your asses and vote for every damn dem all the way down the ticket so we can keep control of the senate and expand the court to send these stone age asshole back tot he little corner they used to occupy before mcconnell stole three seats and his three justices committed perjury to get confirmed…not one dem justice has ever done that…I am crushed that my female friends are now second class citizens and have less rights than their mothers….
The most corrupt SC in history…
Well…with the ruling today that states can’t regulate guns in any way, we can clearly see that this court is not following any law or the constitution when you compare that to the ruling that is coming on Roe saying that only the states can regulate abortion. In this ruling, Thomas created a brand new law that says the 14th amendment prohibits controlling guns when no court in since the 14th was adopted has said any such thing and the ruling is just more of the right wing wish list that was bought and paid for by the NRA…and these far-right rulings show that this is the most corrupt court in the history of the country who will do and say anything to further this wish list no matter how much precedent should limit this crap. So now, Joe Biden, the ball is in your court…you need to expand the court right now to keep these corrupt assholes from doing any more damage…cripes…
Someone needs to help these women…
Well…watching the January 6th hearings yesterday, the final two witnesses were a mother and daughter who were poll workers in Georgia and who were targeted by the idiot trump and his stupid minion rudy with lies that they were “crooks” and that they were part of the reason that idiot boy lost Georgia and accused them of faking votes and using plug in drives to give the state to biden….and this went so far as trump calling them out by name and publishing their addresses so his thugs could go after them….and they did, driving the mother out of her house for months and actually pushing their way into the grandmother’s house to threaten her….and it was all a lie…you know what the “plug in drive” was that the mother handed her daughter on the videotape of the vote counting they were helping with? A damn peppermint candy…the candy that rudy said was “suspicious” and was all the proof they needed to show that these women were criminals and needed to be arrested…and trump kept this crap up through months of his “rallies” lying and slandering these women day after day. Now the only thing I can say is someone needs to help these women….some law firm needs to take this case pro bono and sue trump’s and rudy’s ass for a couple of hundred million dollars…and again, these attacks are all on tapes so they need no testimony to prove the intent to harm these women when trump knew it was a lie and kept spouting this crap….and all of the white guys who attacked the grandmother’s house need to be found and arrested for assault for pushing their way into her house…unless people pay for this crap, they are going to keep doing it…and trump needs to be arrested for sending his minions after them to harm them…he has to pay…and now…
Uvalde gets worse…
Well…how much worse can it get for the Uvalde police department? After the revelations that the big bad police armed with m-16’s and ballistic shields just stood around for an hour as the murderer continued to kill teachers and children…the latest is that they didn’t even go up to the door to see if it was locked….and it wasn’t locked and it’s their damn job to go in to that classroom to stop the carnage…what the hell else are the police good for…oh, they take really good “badass” pictures that they post all over the police website but they sure look like scared poseurs who can’t perform when the shit hits the fan…and now both the police and the governor of Texas have hired outside lawyers to try to coverup any other revelations about how useless the Uvalde police department was in this massacre and who is responsible. Just remember this…not one of the 14 officers who stood around in the hallway did one damn thing but point their guns down the hallway and cower behind their shields….what the hell good are any of them…especially when 40% of the Uvalde city budget goes to fund hte police department…sure doesn’t look like they got their money’s worth…geez…
Anyone else would be in jail….
Well…more and more people are starting to wonder loudly why the idiot trump hasn’t been arrested yet with all of the evidence that has been presented about his crimes before and after the 2020 election…I mean, really, he’s caught on tape trying to strong arm the Georgia SoS into “finding” 11,000 votes and he’s not been arrested for that three year felony? Or for his attempted murder of Mike Pence? Now, let’s do a little exercise….let’s replace the idiot trump with any other person, how long do you think it would take to arrest them for these obvious crimes? It’s done every day and it doesn’t take a year and a half of hand wringing to get a grand jury to indict them and for them to end up in jail with less evidence than exists against idiot boy…the big question I have for Merrick Garland and every other person who could charge trump but hasn’t…do you want to have a country or don’t you? If trump is not arrested, tried, and put in jail, the country will be gone…and that is not hyperbole, it’s truth…trump has to go to jail along with all of the rest of them…and because he hasn’t, it is just emboldening the rest of the GOP criminals to keep up trying to steal elections…and they just may succeed next time….geez…
