Rut Roh, idiot boy…
Well….boy, some news I’ve been waiting for out of Georgia in the case of election fraud against idiot boy…in early December, idiot boy’s lawyers were seen meeting with the Fulton county DA to talk to her about the case she is building against trump and all of his cronies who tried to interfere with the election by having the SoS “find” 12,000 votes to give idiot boy the victory…and normally when these meetings take place, it is because the DA has enough evidence to indict the targets of the investigations…and the DA herself has said that she feels the evidence warrants the empaneling of a grand jury for just that end….so, while the DOJ may not get it’s head out of it’s ass and charge trump for all of his crimes, this state case is a felony that could land him in jail for 20 years…and maybe even Lindsey Graham since he did the same damn thing by calling the SoS and spouting the same lies that idiot boy did and putting the same pressure on him to declare that trump won the state…this case should come to a head sometime in the spring and we just may see trump doing the perp walk that he has been able to avoid his whole criminal life….geez…
What the hell is wrong with these people?
Well…as I read the news about all of the ways the right wing morons are using to justify avoiding getting the covid vaccine, all I can do is shake my head at the latest one….one of the most followed anti vaxxers on the right just yesterday came out and told his followers to drink their own urine and that would protect them from covid better than any vaccine can…and this is just the latest in a long line of stupid shit coming out of these people…I mean, Ivermectin? A horse dewormer that almost every damn one of them is slurping down like candy even though it will not and cannot treat a virus…and they end up in the hospital begging for the vaccine as they drown in fluid in their lungs…why not get the free vaccine? Nope, that’s not a choice for them since vaccines are evil…even though every damn one of them have had the polio vaccine that ended that pandemic and the vaccine against smallpox….just look at your left shoulder….it will have the scar from the smallpox vaccination…I wonder if these guys that are daily getting their followers to do stupid shit are just doing it for shits and giggles…to just be able to sit back as say “look at these maroons, they’ll do whatever I say”….what’s next? Making them eat the feces of a person that has had covid? I wouldn’t be surprised…geez…

Well…everyone knows that Jim Jordan was involved with the January 6th insurrection since he called the WH about a dozen times on the 6th and had been one of the house repubs who was pushing to not certify that Biden won the election…and the January 6th committee wants to talk to him as a material witness to what happened that day since he was so involved in the plotting…the committee sent him a letter last week asking him to come in and answer some questions about his role in the day….and, of course, he has refused citing a bunch of bullshit reasons that mostly say that he doesn’t think the committee has the authority or is not legal…etc. etc….things that the courts have already decided in the committees favor…and, just for a minute, let’s do little thought experiment on what would have happened if Hillary had said no to the 6 bogus “investigations” into Benghazi and had refused to either testify or provide documents about that day….the repubs would still be howling about it and the two faced assholes would have tried to have her arrested and brought to the House in handcuffs…but, she didn’t refuse…she didn’t claim the 5th amendment but testified in front of the committee for 11 hours…and provided them with all the documents they wanted…and there was nothing there…that all the repubs knew and they also knew that all of the investigation’s only purpose was to damage her in the election…but she knew that, too, and showed up anyway…that’s what a good American does….and one thing Jim Jordan isn’t is a good American…after all, he looked the other way while athletes he was supposed to protect at Ohio State were abused by a doctor in the wrestling program…he knew what was happening and did nothing…let’s all remember that fact about his character and put his refusal to meet with the committee in context…he is an immoral asshole who has done nothing to make this country a better place…and now he hides from the consequences of his actions on January 6th….let’s hope the committee won’t put up with his bullshit…geez…
A criminal conspiracy…
Well..I think this one kind of slipped through the cracks over the past couple of days but I wanted to talk about it so here goes….the January 6th committee is investigation whether the idiot trump oversaw a criminal conspiracy to stop Biden’s certification that he won the election…and they are not just looking at trump but the sedition caucus in the House and Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley in the Senate…and all of the e-mails, texts, and phone calls they used point to the fact that this conspiracy did happen…after all, you only need two people to have a conspiracy and you could say that every repub that voted against certifying the election in the House and Senate were part of that same conspiracy and the good thing is that the committee is considering referring criminal charges to the DOJ for all of them…and this dovetails quite nicely with Garland’s speech last week that all of the people involved need to be held responsible no matter if they were active participants on Jan 6th or they were the planners, money men, or just supporting the coup attempt…now, I’ll believe these idiots being charged when I see it since there is no inkling that the DOJ is doing jack to bring these traitors to justice….but I think the committee saying there probably is a criminal conspiracy is a shot across the bow of all of these traitors but now we need to see charges and perp walks to save our democracy….geez…
Gorsuch and Alito spouting fox talking points…
Well…with the arguments in the SC today about vaccine mandates that the Biden administration has imposed to try to stop the spread of covid, it is just stunning that Gorsuch used a fox talking point to justify striking them down saying that flu kills “hundreds of thousands” every year….the only place that is a “fact” is on fox news when the real death toll is in the 30-40K range…in no way comparable to covid…and if he gets his way, mandatory vaccination for any and all disease…say measles, mumps, and rubella that is now required for kids to go to school will be struck down and then you can guarantee that these diseases will explode and he will basically gut any government regulation of public health issues. but the stunning thing came from Alito where he worries that the news will report that he is responsible for thousands of deaths if he strikes down the regulations…not that people will die, nope, how it will reflect on him is his only concern…and he is pushing for allowing an injunction that would stop the mandates from taking effect until they “study” the arguments more….in direct conflict with how they ruled in the Texas abortion case where they allowed the law to go into effect as they “studied” the arguments. This is how you delegitimize a court, where it is clear they aren’t following any precedent but are working hard to support their right wing views with little regard to the law…after all, vaccine mandates have been in force since the 1920’s and every court has found them to be legal…but that doesn’t matter to these hacks…geez….

Well…watched Joe Biden’s speech commemorating the January 6th attack on this country and all I have to say go get ’em, Joe….for the first time, the gloves came off and he put the blame for the attack exactly where it belonged…on the idiot trump’s head…or should I say “the defeated president’s” head as Joe put it….I was happy that he debunked all of the lies about the attack that has been the repub talking points that it was just “tourists” exploring the capital…or that the elections was stolen and hit home that the 2020 election was the most secure and accurate in the country’s history…and he rejected the repubs who have endlessly said that we need to “move on” from January 6th and not live in the past…one good point Joe made that trump puts his needs and ego above everything…the country and the constitution and that is not how the US works…I have been waiting for any dem to come out and say what the truth is…and that is trump and his lies are responsible for this attack on our country…but it took most of the repubs to go along for the attack to happen….I just hope they all pay for it…geez…
804,000 jobs….
Well….I’m still sure not why the hot economy has not broken through into the consciousness of the American people…they still think the economy sucks and it’s just not true…especially with the jobs report that came out this morning…economists were predicting from 3 to 400,000 new jobs for this month but real number is over twice that at 804,000 jobs…and not a peep from the mainstream media….no huge NYT headlines…no reports at all on CNN or any other news shows other that a 10 second blurb that it exceeded expectations and then a shrug…think back a bit…when the idiot trump crowed about over 200,000 jobs created, the media heaped praise on trump all damn day long and when Joe creates 4 times as many, you can still hear the damn crickets…the best job creation in the first year of a presidency since numbers have been kept and the story is still how “ineffective” Biden has been just because frickin Manchin is holding up the rest of his agenda….what the hell happened to the media? I have an idea that the editors and managers have been infiltrated by right wing assholes who are doing their best to “both sides” and minimize Joe’s achievements for what reason I don’t know…why don’t they want America to succeed? This is sabotage plain and simple and it needs to stop….geez…

Well…with the explosion of omicron in both Texas and Florida primarily caused by the passing of laws in both states that outlaw vaccine and mask mandates, and the “feedumb” folks that refuse to be vaccinated or take any precautions against spreading the virus who are egged on by the governors in each state, now the tune has changed and Abbott and DeSantis are now begging the feds to come in and help with setting up testing and to supply more monoclonal antibody treatments for people who chose to not get vaccinated…and this just one week after Abbott bitched in public about federal “overreach” in fighting the virus…you know, I’m tired of bailing out these idiots when their actions caused the problems in the first place…if they would have followed the CDC recommendations and if they would have pushed for vaccinations with boosters, they wouldn’t be in the trouble they are in with only 56% of each state fully vaccinated….so basically they are saying stay out of our business until we screw it up with our ideological bullshit, then please, please feds…come in and save us with your science and money….I feel for the dems that live in these states and have their lives ruined by these assholes, but I have not one F to give about the morons who choose to spread the virus and take up all of the hospital beds so there are none for responsible people….geez…
Subpoenas are flying…
Well…sitting here enjoying the Man U match and thought I’d do a short one on some news I just read a few minutes ago…subpoenas are flying in the civil suit that the NY AG brought against trump and his company for cheating on their real estate taxes by manipulating the worth of his buildings. Today it was revealed that the idiot boy and two of his kids were subpoenaed on Dec 1st to sit for questioning about the scheme…and, while trump’s lawyers tried to get them quashed, the judge said no so they are going to have to sit down with prosecutors soon…and with how much the idiot lies, he is going to in real danger of perjury…and that would be a criminal charge…and with how stupid the kids are, I’m sure they won’t be able to keep their story straight….tick tock…jail time is coming…
