Well…I guess the modern repub party is against education, experience, orderliness, and competency….just today, ole Marco responded to the dream team of appointees from Joe with a whiny little screed that ended up with these people will be “polite and orderly caretakers of American decline…I have no interest in returning to the normal that left us dependent on China”…Marco, Marco….you and your trump buddies decimated American agriculture with your stupid trade war with China that China won….and your support of the chaos that trump brought to the world has resulted in the decline of American influence in the world…if you think we are better off after 4 years of trump’s stupidity, you are one delusional little moron….260,000 dead, the second wave of the virus crashing across the country, 20 million people out of work, 25 million in danger of homelessness, and food lines stretching for miles….if that is not “American decline” I don’t know what is and it happened on your watch you stupid little shit. Here’s the difference…
Well….with Joe’s cabinet picks emerging, it paints a clear difference between the two major parties here in the US…while the idiot trump appointed a bunch of assholes who thought it was a strength to treat people and the world like crap, Joe’s picks have been hailed as being just good people who really care about others and doing a good job for everyone, along with being some of the most competent people in the US. That is a comforting thought after 4 years of assholery, lawbreaking, and hate…that we are going to have good, competent people running our government again and we only have 56 days of bullshit to get through…it is so cool to see the light at the end of the tunnel…and to know that things are going to get better from day one of Biden’s administration…or even before that as the transition starts. One thing that happen on day one is that there will no longer be children in cages and refugees will be welcomed again in accordance to international law…and the DHS and CBP thugs who have been torturing asylum seekers will be held to account….would that ever happen in a repub administration? Never in a million years…and that is another difference….we have to remember that Joe and his policies are not going to be perfect, especially when Mitch McConnell is already trying to sabotage any progress that the dems will try to make, but they will be the result of trying to make things better and not just burning the country down as trump and his cronies have done. I am really looking forward to retiring the epithet “idiot boy” and never writing about trump again….I’m sure he is going to try to stay relevant, as if he ever was, so I may have to backslide some…but it will be refreshing to write about good things again for the most part…I will criticize when events or policies warrant it…but I’m pretty sure that Joe won’t ever make personal attacks or go off on rants and lie on twitter….and that will be enough for now….
The transition begins….
Well…I guess a little pressure from congress was all that the GSA administrator needed to “ascertain” that Joe Biden won the election and that the transition to his administration can begin. In a letter sent this afternoon after a testy exchange with the chairs of a few house committees, GSA administrator Emily Murphy has sent the letter that will start the transition away from the idiot boy and to a real president…I wonder if the chair’s demands that she explain herself had anything to do with it? The entire holdup was that she is looking for another job and didn’t want to get trump mad and have him fire her since it would look bad on her resume…yep, the transition was held up and people died just so this moron could pad her resume a little bit and find a job in the right wing welfare web that is the only place trumpists will ever be able to work again….I wonder how idiot boy will react to people that he hired saying he lost? Man, this is going to be delicious…and twitter will be on fire later tonight and probably overnight…or, he is just going to go into the biggest case of cognitive dissonance and just lock his tiny little brain right up…LOSER!
Trump loses again in Michigan….
Well…the news just came out that the Michigan board of Canvassers has certified the votes here and that makes it another loss for idiot boy. The vote was 3-1 with only the trumpiest of trumpsters refusing to do his job and that certification means that our 16 EV’s will go to Joe and there is not a damn thing idiot boy can do about it…he has lost….and with the supreme court refusing to take trump’s suit against Pennsylvania and their certification going forward after that…he is frickin done and I can’t smile big enough about that…his hand picked judges who he thought would protect him bailed on the case and that ends his bullshit there….I just can’t wait for the full bore meltdown that is going to come tonight…I am gleefully waiting for it…should be fun….hee, hee, hee…
Finally, I only have personal stuff to be depressed about..
Well….that’s a weird thing about depression, there doesn’t have to be a reason for it…it just is…but, sometimes there is a reason for it and that reason is going away soon….my depression about the state of this country and the people the idiot boy chose to help him plunder it is being lifted by the cabinet choices that Joe Biden has made…wow, we are talking about a dream team of people who are at the top of their fields and who will bring expertise, knowledge, and years of experience to the jobs in the cabinet….and there is not one lobbyist, CEO, or fox news talking head in the bunch….and one commentor that I read today summed it up that even the announcement of the picks is professional with no “game show” bullshit that idiot boy always did with his moronic picks…and did you notice one other thing? Not one of the picks praised Joe Biden at all but just thanked him for the opportunity to serve the country…and Joe’s short and sweet response? “Let’s get to work” It is going to be so cool to have a competent government again and not be depressed about every new outrage….and to not see a bunch of incompetent ass kissers running this country….go Joe!
It’s a felony to not certify…
Well…I really don’t like the fact that we here in Michigan are in the spotlight today due to repub shenanigans about the certification of the votes from the election….it seems all of the damn repubs only think elections are legal when they win them and they will break any law to make sure they do “win” them. So, today here, about 25 minutes ago, the state board of canvassers met to just count up the already certified votes from every country and then certify that count is correct….but two of them 4 on the board are repubs so do you think they are going to follow the law? Not a chance and that is why we need to prosecute every damn one of them for breaking the law…there needs to be consequences for screwing with our elections….and one way would be to prosecute the two repub members of the board for not certifying the vote under the Voting Rights Act of 1965 where it specifically says that failure to certify the votes in any state is a felony….and this was put in the law since it was one of the favorite tactics of the racists in the south to certify white votes but to not certify votes that came from predeominately black areas…and that’s just what the Wayne county repub canvassers tried to do…not certify the votes from Detroit while certifying the votes in the surrounding white suburbs. So, it’s not a “constitutional crisis” like the repubs are bleating, it’s a simple case of breaking the law by not doing their jobs that the repubs are doing here…and they need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law…and now…

Well…as everyone with a functiuonal brain and who has not been asleep for the past 30 years knows, the repub party is corrupt from top to bottom and really doesn’t give a damn about our republic other than how it can be used to enrich themselves and hurt people they don’t like. Tomorrow, we’ll see how deep that rot goes here in Michigan as the state board of canvassers meet at 1pm to certify the votes in the 2020 election…look, the only thing these people are supposed to do is do a little math to see what the votes say…and tabulate them…that’s it, they’re not supposed to look for “voter fraud” or even consider anything other than the counts…and for every year since there has been a state of Michigan, this has gone off without a hitch no matter what party affiliation the canvassers had…but with trumpism staining the repub party, the two repub members of the board are making noises that they won’t certify the vote unless there are audits…yadda yadda…and I guess until they are given ice cream and patted on the head so they will stop their tantrum. Every election official in this state has said that there is no fraud, no under count of trump votes, or any other delusion that the repubs have fished out of thin air. Trump lost the state by over 155,000 votes and no amount of “audits” or “recounts” is going to change that…so these repub canvassers need to just do their jobs and stop hurting our democracy by these lies of fraud and uncertainty int he outcome of the election…idiot boy lost and lost big and no amount of Qanon tin foil hat bullshit is going to change that…get the frick over it….
Can trump get any more pathetic?
Well….as the idiot trump keeps trying to deny reality by screaming “I won the election” on twitter, his efforts to sabotage our democracy are getting more and more pathetic. First, he’s now 0-25 in lawsuits trying to get Biden ballots thrown out or ignored, and now he’s calling board of canvasser members at the local level here in Michigan to convince them to not certify the results of the election. You remember my post from yesterday where I described the racist repub canvassers board members who decided on their own that all of the votes from Detroit couldn’t be certified but then agreed to certify them since there was no reason not to? Well…after a call from idiot boy these two toadies wanted to do a taksie backsie and rescind their certification this morning…but our SOS Jocelyn Benson was having none of it saying that the votes have already been turned in to her so that ends the process…and no amount of trump whining is going to change that…and she went so far to say that if any other repubs want to try that crap in Michigan, she will use the state board of canvassers if they local ones want to make up their own laws to try to give the election to trump. How much more pathetic can idiot boy get? I guess we’ll see over the next 60 days…
Everybody breathe…
Well…we are going to have to eradicate the stain of trumpism from all of our country after this bullshit is over…but I do have one piece of advice for our side…just breathe folks…they are not going to be able to steal the election even though they are trying really hard to do so…just yesterday, a couple of racist trump goons on the Wayne County board of canvassers refused to certify the vote despite there being absolutely no evidence of voter fraud…and idiot boy tweeted out his congratulations to these two idiots but that was, as they say, a little premature…when couple of hours later, and after an epic rant by one of the dems on the board, these racist assholes gave in and certified the election. How do I know these morons are racists?
Well, they agreed to certify the white suburbs of Detroit but not Detroit itself that is 80% AA…these two really thought they had the power to overturn all those votes in their little spasm of fascism…but, our dem Secretary of State was not having it and threatened to send state canvassers to do their job if the repubs wouldn’t….so idiot boy did his little victory dance but has been silent since the vote was certified unanimously….oh, one other thing…the repub speaker of the Michigan House has made a statement that there will be no repub electors appointed to overrule the election results….so that stops trump’s bullshit here…bye bye donnie..
Trump and his criminals need to be held accountable…
Well….let’s not repeat the same mistakes as Obama did with the torturers and criminals of the Bush administration, letting them off for their crimes under the guise of “healing” the country and “moving forward”…now the same noises are being made by the Biden administration that he doesn’t want his legislative agenda to be side tracked by constant investigations of trump and his criminals…this is exactly the wrong thing to say and do after the damage they did to this country…one of the reasons that trump and his cronies did what they did was they were pretty sure that this would be the response of any dem president…that they would be able to get away with openly breaking the law and no one would do anything about it….this needs to end as soon as Biden is sworn in…how do you restore the rule of law if you ignore people breaking the law? This just reinforces the repubs feeling that they are above the law…that they can lock children up in cages, do many instances of insider trading, and every other crime and nothing happens to them…this has got to stop…do you ever think a repub administration would ever hold repubs accountable? No more…no more forgiveness…we need to save this country and the only way is to hold these assholes accountable…every damn one of them…
