Well…still waiting for the call back from the nurse to reschedule our zoom meeting and maybe I’m a little too nice about that stuff…nope…I can afford to be nice if it will help a busy person get through an emergency…but the thing I’m really waiting on is the indictments that are going to come out of Georgia by Wednesday…from news reports, there are around 20 more people along with the idiot trump who are going to be indicted which means his whole inner circle is going to jail…please, please make it lindsey graham, too since he was involved in making his own phone calls to the officials in Georgia…and rudy is done along with meadows and all of the lawyers…especially john eastman who hatched the entire fake electors scam…and the thing I think is funny is that here in Michigan, our AG Dana Nessel has already indicted the fake electors here and just because she didn’t indict trump, it all flew under the radar which I’m fine with…there is no possible way idiot boy is going to beat the 80 felonies he has already been charged with and Georgia could add a dozen more…and if Willis goes with RICO charges, on conviction that is a mandatory 5 year prison sentence that the repub governor cannot pardon away…so, I sit and wait today…it is a little bit of a pain to just wait…but I guess that’s my day today…I did get my electric bill and gas bill on auto pay and now I just need to do that for my 5th third card and the water bill and this whole place will be automated for the UK trip…

Stupid criminals…
Well…it has been clear for quite some time that trump an his cronies are not too bright, but the latest news out of Georgia shows that they are just stupid, stupid criminals…if the reporting by the NYT is correct, Fani Willis has text messages from rudy and the rest of the conspirators that show they were all in on the scheme to breach voting equipment after the 2020 election…and how much you want to bet they were involved with the idiots here in Michigan who stole voting machines and broke into the software trying to change votes to the idiot trump…if this is true, the grand jury is going to be busy when Willis starts presenting evidence tomorrow…and we may see indictments by the end of the week that should include RICO charges that will add years to any sentences that these morons get…going to be a good week for the rule of law in Georgia…and they should lock these assholes up awaiting trial….and one little note…the sheriff of the country has said these idiot will be treated just like any other criminals with handcuffs, mug shots, and fingerprinting so trump won’t be able to just waltz in and out like he’s done before…good!
What the hell is a “perjury trap”?
Well…I really like the way the idiot trump’s incompetent lawyers keep floating trial balloons on what they are going to present as a defense…first amendment was one of the first on and it was met with ridicule in the indictment from Jack Smith…and just today, after idiot boy was admonished by the judge to keep his mouth shut or there would be consequences, they have floated a new one that I’ve never heard of…they complained the that Judge Chotkan was setting a “perjury trap” for idiot boy…as if that was a thing…I think they are just admitting they can’t control what the idiot is going to say and he is going to run afoul of the judge’s rules…and by saying it now, they think it will protect the idiot when she drops the hammer on him for shooting his mouth off….it is going to be fun to watch anyway….
Chutkan is not screwing around…
Well…a real judge was on display in the courtroom this morning where Judge Chutkan took control of the case against the orange idiot…she is not fooling around and, she bluntly told idiot boy’s lawyers that whatever his job is, that will not have any effect on the trial…and she went on to say that trump is a “criminal defendant” and will be treated just like any other one in her courtroom, taking the running for president bullshit out of the mix immediately and telling them he will get no special treatment because he is running…she especially admonished trump’s lawyers when they said basically that they couldn’t control what idiot boy says at his rallies and she told them again, that he will be treated the same as any other defendant and if he reveals what the said he couldn’t, his ass will be hauled back into court to hold him in contempt…and if he keeps up trying to taint the jury pool by his loud mouth, she will take whatever “measures” are necessary to protect the case…this is going to fun to watch…idiot boy has never had to keep his mouth shut in a criminal trial and I really don’t think he can…is there a betting pool for when he is going to screw up? My bet is later today….geez…
Corrupt FBI…
Well…when the idiot boy was in office, we knew that the NY FBI office was a hot bed of trumpism and corruption, and just today another whistleblower came forward and said in a complaint that his supervisor told him to stop investigating rudy giuliani and to cut off contact with with any sources who reported corruption by any associates of the idiot trump…and he reported interference in his work of intelligence gathering on “certain” politically active figures and FBI agents who were connected to Russian and Ukrainian oligarchs and including anyone in the trump WH…and it looks like that supervisor is the agent who is negotiating a deal to plead guilty to working for a Russian oligarch, Oleg Deripaska when he was an FBI agent…so the fix was in at the highest levels of the FBI to protect trump and his cronies and pay for it by oligarch’s money….that’s why every damn one of the corrupt bastards need to be rooted out prosecuted…no slaps on the wrists but real jail time…geez…
Rigging didn’t work in Ohio…
Well…the repubs know they have no ideas that anyone wants so of course they are still trying to rig elections across the country…just yesterday, their attempt to do more rigging in Ohio failed by 13 points…they knew that the abortion rights initiative that is on the ballot this fall that would change their constitution will probably pass and would make the 6 week ban the repubs jammed through after Dobbs moot…so instead of listening to the will of the people, the repubs tried to change the way citizen initiatives are run, requiring that they get 60% of the vote instead of 50% and requiring that signatures be gathered in every county…making the process so hard that no initiative would ever make the ballot again…and they scheduled the vote in the summer where they hoped that no one would show up…but, as across the rest of the US, the will of the people won and now reproductive rights will pass in the fall election…and abortion bans continue to be a loser for the repubs when over 70% of the people in the US think it should be safe and legal….so, keep it up repubs and you’ll never win another election…that would be joyous…geez…
Since when is following the law optional?
Well…ever since the ascendance of the idiot trump and his utter disdain for the law, the repubs have embraced the idea and have all started doing the same all the time…an it’s my contention that they still think following the law is optional…for them anyway and we saw that as they protected idiot boy through two impeachments and are continuing to protect him by bashing everyone involved in all of his investigations/prosecutions. Now we have the media making a big deal that Mike Pence has said he will “comply with the law” when asked if he will testify at idiot boy’s January 6th trial…making him out to be some kind of hero for agreeing to testify…and I will say it right here…nope, he is not any kind of a hero and he has no choice but to testify if given a summons….that’s how this works…witnesses aren’t given a choice whether to testify ever…and it’s entirely up to the prosecutor who is going to testify…and now we are making pence out to be a hero when he was in the planning meetings for the coup attempt and never did or said anything about when he knew it was against the law…you know he could have spoke up on the 4th of January 2021 when idiot boy’s lawyers came to him to ask him not to certify the election results on the 6th…so, no, he is no kind of a hero…a hero would have stood up the first time he heard of the plot in 2020, and not wait til now to speak….geez…
Who cares?
Well…the media is going crazy since desantis said something the other day…in an interview over the weekend, ole ron said that the idiot trump lost the 2020 election and that Joe Biden was the legitimate president…then he went on to say that all of the conspiracy theories that the right spouts have been proven wrong…and the media has now started to push the idea that this is a “new” ron…one who is willing to tell the “truth”…but my question is: who cares? Ole ron has been lying his ass off since the 2020 election and has toed the line of the crazies in the repub party until now…and he is furiously trying to walk back these comments by trying to say the election “was not run good” but the result are the results and we “have to” live with it…but we won’t have to live with ronnie since his campaign is going down in flames as measured by crowd size as he stumps in Iowa where less than a dozen people came out to listen to him prattle on about nothing…he couldn’t even get people to come out in NH where he offered free beer…so, let’s just ignore ole ronnie from now on and let him scuttle back and continue to ruin Florida…geez…
Climate change is really real…
Well…I don’t understand how anyone can still think that climate change is not real…and it not just weather…weather changes all time is what the deniers say…but that does not explain how Phoenix has had 37 days in a row of over 110 degree highs…the arctic has even had hundred degree temps this summer…in South America, it’s the middle of winter and 9,000 feet up in the Peruvian Andes it is over 100 degrees…temperatures that have never happened before…and this heat is melting the snow cover that people downstream depend on for water to survive in the summer…now that IS climate change, folks…these temperatures are higher than in Paris this summer that has caused heat emergencies all summer….we need to stop subsidizing the oil and gas companies and have a government program that will put solar cells on every house in this country…not low cost but free…I know that sounds socialist but the good things in this country comes from socialism…think roads, schools, and infrastructure….our taxes pay for that stuff and it can do the same for renewable energy…geez…
Trump is dumbest person on the Earth…
Well…if you listened to the arraignment of the idiot trump earlier this week, you heard the judge warn idiot boy to not threaten witnesses…and made sure he knew it is a crime to do so…but that didn’t sink in to the thick head of the idiot…just last night he posted this to his failing truth social “you come after me, I’ll come after you” and immediately, Jack Smith asked the judge for a protection order to keep his staff safe from any of the crazies that may take that as a order to attack Jack Smith and his staff…a brilliant move that flagged that trump had broken the restrictions without actually saying it…and this judge is not having any of it and has ordered idiot boy’s lawyers to explain his statement by 5 pm Monday afternoon….and trump has been backpedaling and making excuses ever since trying to explain away the threat he made…but I don’t think that is going to matter to the judge…at the very least she should impose a gag order on idiot boy…or my preference, lock him up until the trial just like any other defendant would be…and that would be 6 months in the slammer even before the trial…finally, maybe she can get idiot boy to shut the hell up so we don’t have to listen to him anymore…geez…
