Well….woke up this morning feeling a little under the weather…should have taken some allergy stuff last night since my head is throbbing this morning…..didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I did lose at pool…have been cleaning this place up this morning since one of my sons is going to stop by this morning…will be good to see him….I am going to cook the t-bone steak today that Tom gave me yesterday…haven’t seen that much beef in a long time…but I need to figure out what else to have with it….maybe a baked potato with real butter…..okay…need coffee and soccer so that’s what I’m going to do…more later….

Well…think I’m getting some kind of a bug since I have been coughing all morning…don’t feel too bad but the coughing is annoying….didn’t get a lot done yesterday so that will have to change today…one of my sons is coming into town tomorrow so I’ll have to have this place cleaned up by then…don’t have a lot to do but need to do it….got a nice bike ride in yesterday and I am going to try to do that again today but it took me a long time to get warmed up after yesterday’s ride so I’m not sure it would be a good thing to go today….I do have to try to eat more today since the legs were really flat yesterday and that is normally from a calorie deficit from the day before….didn’t even get through an entire chicken breast yesterday so I know I need more….not much to do today…pool, but nothing else….more later…

Well…it was an okay day yesterday and I had a nice lunch with T…and she brought me gifts…soap from the Bahamas and two potholders that she made for me…now, that is perfectly T and they are still making me grin….didn’t get on the bike yesterday since I just didn’t feel like it…will probably get out today but not for a while….need coffee first….not too sore today so it should be okay on the ride…my lower back was really stiff the other day but it seems to be okay today…we’ll see…..don’t have a lot to do today but watch Man U…I should clean some and probably will but, I’ll think about that after the coffee…more later….

Well….feeling a little run down today and I do really need some coffee….did get out to run some errands yesterday and it was nice to get out for a while….and got a good bike ride in but today I’m not sure about today….don’t want to go back to full thermasuit but I guess I’ll have to since it won’t be warm enough this morning….and it is supposed to rain in a while and I don’t want to get wet….my back has been stiff lately and it is okay until I get on the bike…then I pay for it the rest of the day….but, it’s still not as bad as it used to be so I can deal with it….don’t have a lot to do today….might have lunch with T but haven’t heard from her so I’m not going to count on it….more later….

Well….I did get a few things done yesterday so that was not a total waste….and I got a good bike ride in but my lower back is hurting again…went over a hundred miles and that didn’t happen until into April last year and I still almost made 3K miles….so maybe this year will be better….didn’t sleep well last night and I am feeling it today….forgot to take the allergy stuff so I couldn’t breathe too well and that had something to do with it….but, I was good last night so that should help today….really don’t have a lot to do today so I think I’ll take it a little easy and just clean some….more later…..

Well….as I said before, this series is going to be about the things I predicted would happen if the idiot trump got elected that most people said “he’ll never do that”…well, guess what? He is doing real damage already and this is to document another one….today, the idiot reinstated the “gag rule” that states that any organization that takes funds from the US can’t talk about abortion at all..not as a family planning or women’s health issue…not at all…and you know what that means? The the idiot trump has just sentenced thousands of women to death across the world and did it with a big grin on his face….and  the idiots out there thought there would be no consequences for not voting….geez…

Well…another wasted day yesterday…okay, I did get a few things done so maybe it wasn’t totally wasted….had a weird thing happen to the car yesterday…had a headlight bulb explode inside the housing….had to take it off and shake all the glass shards out….have never seen that before….that’s the second one that failed in a couple of months….and I got some stuff done around here yesterday that will have to continue today…need to run some errands this morning so I can get more work done around here…but, I’m not feeling it right now…it was nice to hear from T yesterday and I feel for her having to go back to work today….I do need to win the lottery so none of us will have to work anymore….okay…need more coffee…more later….

Well…yesterday was a day that I needed to break out of the malaise that I have been feeling lately…I mean, how can you not grin when it is 62 in January in Michigan?  I did get out on the bike in a t-shirt and shorts for a long ride yesterday..but today doesn’t look promising…may have to have a half thermasuit but that will be okay, too…or I may go full and get out early….I do like riding in the fog….I have been almost successful in keeping my weight down this winter but I still have gained over 5 pounds….and I hate that…but, I guess all I can do is keep trying….don’t have a lot to do today…the Wing play around noon so I will have to get out on the bike before then…and I should clean some but probably won’t…just not into that right now….more later….

Well…didn’t sleep well again last night and I’m not sure what that is about…but, I do know that I feel worn out this morning and need to get things done today…okay, I should get things done today but nothing that can’t wait…oh, I did win at pool yesterday and had fun doing it….haven’t checked the Mega tickets yet since I want the possibility of winning to last longer….will do that later today….didn’t get anything else done yesterday but I am going to try to do something today…will be out on the bike in shorts today and I am looking forward to that….riding in full thermasuit is more of a chore than I like….okay, I need to have more coffee and watch some soccer…more later….

Well…woke up to the sun in my face and that quickly told me I slept in way too late….and the reason is I went out to have a couple with G last night…after she told me that the Mexican place was evacuated for a fire…hope it wasn’t too serious since I like the place…didn’t get anything done yesterday and today looks the same…although I do have to go to fedex to send a piece of equipment back to get a new one….and I really don’t feel like it but need to do it….slept pretty crappy last night and feel it today so I need more coffee and the couch for a while…more later…
