Well…running a little late today…didn’t get up til after 7 and that is sleeping in for me…slept okay last night and don’t feel too badly today other than a few aches and pains that are more and more normal these days…had a nice bike ride yesterday but it looks like I will finally have a day off the bike with the storms that are coming in…they’re stretched all the way back through Nebraska and it looks like the rain is going to start soon….I do need a day off the bike to let my legs heal up some but that means I’ll have to cut 600 cals out of my meals today and I’m not sure how I’ll do it….maybe I won’t…I think I can afford to be over a little today….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today will be the same with pool this aft…but, I do have time this morning so maybe I’ll get something done before pool…more later…

Yep, trump really is this dumb…
Well….I am just shaking my head at this one…this morning the idiot came right out and admitted that donnie jr. met in trump tower with Russian agents to get dirt on Hillary…and I’m sure he thinks that just saying that “it’s totally legal and done all the time” will protect him and his demon spawn from Mueller. Yeah, idiot…it’s illegal to take help from any foreign entity to further your campaign….and the dirt on Hillary has value so..yeah, everyone that was there broke the law and then your idiot son called you and told you about it a half hour after the meeting was over…so, you knew about it, too. Now you can see the type of person trump is, willing to throw his own son under the bus to keep Mueller from getting to him…got news for you, idiot…Mueller has all the phone records and your phone number is on it from when little donnie called you…god, can anyone be any dumber than trump? Nope….impeach…
August 5th
Well…I remembered to come here this morning! That’s a little unusual for a Sunday morning and I’ll take it….it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done other than the bathroom but I guess that’s something….slept okay last night but lost the earplugs again and I’m not sure what that is about….think I’ll try a new pair tonight….woke up with no pain at all today and that has me a little confused since I always hurt somewhere…but, I’m happy that my neck is finally healed and I can move it…I do need to cook today and I have some pork chops marinating that have been in the marinade since Friday and I hope I finally have found a way to use pork loin that gives it some flavor…think I’ll use the broiler to cook them to try to get some crust on them….can’t wait to have a grill again….not much to do today…watching the Moto GP race right now and then out on the bike….more later…
The idiot trump is witness tampering again…
Well…if you’ve been here before, and I hope you have, you’ve heard me impugn the intelligence of the idiot boy many, many times with good reason….and today, in plain sight, trump is witness tampering again. Just today, Hope Hicks was seen getting on trump’s plane for the ride to Ohio where the idiot is holding another “rally”, supposedly to support some candidate for a house seat that appears to be slipping away from the repubs in a bright, red area…but, you know he probably doesn’t even know the name of the person he is supposed to be supporting. Back to the witness tampering….trump has been warned that he can’t talk to a federal witness in the case against him…Hope Hicks in particular, but does the idiot listen? Nope…and I am just shaking my head…it appears that trump is either the dumbest person on the Earth, or he is trying to get thrown out of office…. with this little plane ride, the obstruction of justice evidence against him has gotten stronger and it just made things a lot easier for Mueller…keep it up, donnie…you are going to spend the rest of your life in jail after you’re thrown out of office…and I couldn’t be happier…impeach…
Oh, and Hicks is not too bright to get on that plane, either…it opens her up to obstruction and conspiracy to obstruct charges…geez…what a bunch of idiots…
Didn’t get to 2,000…
Well…not sure if it was a real goal or not, but I didn’t get to 2,000 miles before the end of July…missed it by 75 miles but that still is more than I have ridden before by this time of the year. Okay, I did get there if I include the 161 miles I rode on the road bike but I think I’ll just continue to only count the miles on the new bike….it was such a good ride this morning that I ignored my rule that Saturday and Sunday are supposed to be recovery rides where I let my legs heal up some…just felt too good to take it easy….I am really happy with the new bike…it rides like new after almost 2,000 miles and I couldn’t say that about the Motobecane…it had started to deteriorate by this mileage and then it was constant work to keep it rideable…I haven’t had to do anything to this one and that is pretty cool for an inexpensive bike…..there was a crowd of spandex boys out on the street today…there must have been 25 of them in this group and they were taking up an entire lane on Eastern…something that I will never do…just too dangerous with all the texters out there….
August 4th
Well…up way too darn early today and that means I’m early here, too…slept okay last night but just feel a little slow today so I’m easing into it with coffee and the tv running in the background…had a nice day yesterday but I think I may have been too long in the sun since I can still feel the tightness this morning so I’ll take the day off today and let it heal up….don’t have a lot of motivation right now so I’m not sure how much I’ll get done today…should feel better after I get on the bike in a few….not sure what I’m going to cook today but I do know I need to eat more…again…so maybe a burger and the rest of the pulled pork…should make a salad, too since I have all of the makings for it and don’t want the tomatoes to go bad….not much to do today…I am going to clean some after the bike ride and there is a race on that I can nap through so that makes for a nice afternoon….more later….
What is it…a hoax or real?
Well…donny the idiot boy went off again yesterday at a “rally” where he called the idea of Russian interference in our elections a “hoax”, just one day after all of his cabinet stood in front of the cameras in the WH and said they were all working hard to counter the Russians in this election and that yes, there was Russian interference in the last election, too. So, what is it, a hoax or real? We all know the answer to that question and have know it for almost 2 years now…the Russians stole the election for trump and are still interfering now…it’s no damn hoax…so, I wonder who is gonna tell cheeto donnie? Doesn’t anyone else see this as dangerous? That the so-called president continues to ignore that he was installed by the Russians and the repubs continue to support him because he gave them their tax cut? I am so damn tired of this crap…that the repubs continue to put party before their oath to protect this country and the constitution….they all need to go…impeach…
August 3rd
Well…running early today and there is no reason for it other than getting up early….slept okay without earplugs last night and I think my ears like it…so, I may try it again tonight…not too sore this morning and I can move my neck today so that is an improvement over yesterday…I did get scorched lying out in the sun and that is odd since I’ve done that all week with no problems…so, I think I’ll have to take the day off and let my skin rest….I did run an errand to try to get some things I need and it was a bust…didn’t spend any money so I guess that was a good thing…didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I will do some work around here today so I won’t feel guilty about it….I am a little irritated that the storms formed to the east of us last night and we didn’t get any…there haven’t been many this summer and I really want to see some….not much to do today…need to run an errand after the bike ride but that is about it….more later….
Can’t any of his lawyers tell him to shut his trap?
Well….have been watching the start of the Manafort trial and the idiot trump’s twitter reaction to it and the question comes to me: Can’t any of his lawyers tell him to shut his trap? Ever since the trial has started, idiot boy has been jury tampering and trying even more to obstruct justice by calling the trial a “witch hunt” and continually saying that Mueller is “conflicted” in his investigation. Now, for anyone else in the US who had said and done one tenth of what idiot boy has said and done, there would be charges filed and we would have been treated to a “perp walk” with the big orange idiot heading for jail…I know that Mueller is looking at every tweet and using it to bolster his case of obstruction against trump, but, damn, he needs to do something now before the US is damaged even more by the orange menace. From everything I’ve read about his trial, Manafort is going down….and, as I’ve said before, trump used the same bank fraud and money laundering methods that Manafort did…I wonder if that is why trump is losing his mind over this trial? Hope he does…impeach…

Well…running a little early for a Thursday since I didn’t have a lot to get for groceries this morning….still spent 48 bucks but didn’t get a lot…slept okay last night and feel pretty good today after taking 3 nights off and being good….it’s raining a little right now so I’m going to wait a bit to get out on the bike….don’t mind getting wet but I still need more coffee and the rain may be gone by then…I did get out and got some chicken yesterday but it needs to thaw to use….okay, took a little break for a minute to talk to Brian and see some videos of him teaching his grandson to fish….it’s raining out there right now so I may run over to Menards first today….need a new trash can for the kitchen and some new wiper blades for the car…was going to wait but they’re only 5 bucks each so I should get that done….I did get some cleaning done yesterday and I think I’ll do the rest of the kitchen this aft….more later….
