Well…it looks like SC chief justice John Roberts got his fee fees hurt from the protestors outside the supreme court there to voice their displeasure with the court taking rights away from more than 50% of the country when the gutted roe…and he is whining and whining about it saying that people shouldn’t do that just because they don’t agree with any court ruling. Yeah…pretty damn tone deaf when he allowed alito to reach back before the constitution was even written and use the ranting of a witch burner as justification for taking away rights for the first time in the history of the court…and Johnny boy, you fully supported ignoring settle law and precedent when he did that…and you are a grown man whining like a little kid when someone doesn’t like you acting like a frickin king and criticizes you… and you have telegraphed you are going to let the right wing hacks on your court continue to try to come for voting rights as you did when you wrote the opinion gutting the voting rights act saying that “racism no longer exists in this country” so the VRA is no longer needed…so quit your whining…you did this to the court…you engineered this collapse of the legitimacy of the court and you still allow Thomas the seditionist to sit on the court as his wife tried to overthrow the government…so just quit your bitching until you fix the damage you’ve done…geez…

Now John Roberts wants an investigation?
Well…John Roberts unmasked himself…again…as just another repub hack when he called for an FBI investigation of who leaked the Alito pile of crap that is going to decimate women’s rights in this country….and he is just so appalled that someone would hurt the “credibility” of the supreme court by doing that…hey, John…that damn ship sailed as you sat there silent as Thomas’s wife was deeply involved in the coup attempt and many, many other huge conflicts of interest that you thought was just frickin peachy…and you sat there and helped Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Barrett lie their way onto the court…as you sat there and said nothing as over 4500 credible tips on Kavanaugh’s unfitness for the court were ignored by the FBI as they did a sham investigation to vet him for the SC…nothing…not one damn word because you sat in on the strategy sessions on how to get that right wing hack through just so you and your unqualified cronies could impose your wildly unpopular theocratic bullshit on the entire country that the repubs could never do through legislation…so you sat there while the oligarchs of this country spent over 100 million dollars paying people off to vote for them…and now you are outraged? John, you can just go right to hell and take your “reputation” with you…you will go down in history as the most corrupt Chief Justice who presided over the most corrupt SC in the history of the country…and you deserve every bit of it….geez…
What do you say, John Roberts?
Well…as the supreme court daily slides deeper and deeper into corruption and illegitimacy, I have two questions for John Roberts: what do you say about you legacy now? What do you say about the corruption you’ve embraced and allowed on your court? It has been widely reported that Roberts has a real concern for his legacy but, like all of the justices put forth by repubs, he lies…or he would be doing something about it…and that should have started when mcconnell stole a seat from Obama and then flooded the court with unqualified right wing assholes…but what did Roberts say about any of it? Nothing, not a damn thing and now we have the most corrupt justice in history, Clarence Thomas, who supported the January 6th attack along with his wife and it is know he has been communicating with Ron DeSantis on what we don’t know…but, in my long life, there has never been another justice who was so involved in politics and who continues to not recuse himself in cases that he has a stake in…like trying to hide the idiot trump’s papers that showed that his wife was up to her neck into trying to overthrow the last election. So, no matter what he says, Roberts is not doing his job as chief justice in reining in the bullshit happening in the court…or, and here is the scary thing, he supports what is happening and is gleefully cheering the insurrectionists on as he plays the concerned justice on tv….they all need to go…geez…
Isn’t that perjury?
Well…with the women’s right to control here own body hanging by a thread because of the three stolen seats on the supreme court voting against women…I have a question…during the confirmation hearings for the three new far right justices, each of them were asked if they would uphold Roe and all three of them spewed the same bullshit that roe was “settled law”…so now we know all three of them were lying…isn’t that perjury? Or at least lying to a congressional committee? Isn’t that reason to impeach and remove them? The newest one, Barrett, even came out with the stupid idea that women can just carry the fetus until it’s born and give it up for adoption so why do they need to have the right to terminate a pregnancy? So now we have a SC that says you can’t force people to get vaccinated but you can force a woman to carry an unwanted fetus…and that reveals this is not about abortion at all but about control of women and that’s it….and Sotomayor was blunt when she said overturning Roe would taint the court with the “stench” of politics that it may not survive…what about you John Roberts? What is going to be your legacy whey you overturn a ruling that 76% of the people in the US don’t want you to….and you will always be the chief justice that ruled over this travesty…and you can’t escape that….geez…
Don’t think John Roberts has suddenly turned liberal…
Well…with today’s ruling handed down from the SC saying that a Mississippi law that requires that doctors providing abortion services must have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of their clinic is unconstitutional, the breathless pundit class is falling all over themselves to try to brand Roberts as a closet liberal who will continue to protect a woman’s right to choose…don’t believe a damn word of it…while Roberts sided with the more progressive justices in this case, his reasoning was that they had already decided this issue in an almost exact case from Texas a couple of years ago and he went out of his way to telegraph how a case needed to be brought that would pass muster and put an end to Roe v. Wade. With Kavanaugh’s vote and dissent in this case, it is clear that he lied to Susan Collins when he said that he would follow precedent in every case and it was important to the integrity of the court to do so…he was just waiting for the opportunity to set women back 50 years and his dissent and that of Clarence Thomas showed that they are chagrined to say the least that Roberts didn’t help them kill Roe. So, let’s not praise Roberts too much for following the constitution, that is his job after all and he should do it in every damn case as they all should…but, I guess we’ll have to take our wins where we can get them for now…

Well….I guess John Roberts has a problem with getting the fee fees of the SC hurt after Chuck Schumer quoted Kavanaugh’s rant during his confirmation hearing saying that there would be payback if they didn’t vote for him…and all Schumer was trying to say is if this court ignores precedent and makes up law to ban abortion and overturn Roe, there will be electoral consequences..which is the truth. So, the hack can take all of the idiot trump’s threats to everyone and his shredding of the constitution, but if Chuck tells the truth, that is just too much and Roberts has to speak up…something that is never done by the sitting chief justice and reveals that Roberts is just a repub hack who is not the “caller of balls and strikes” as he said in his confirmation hearing but just another liar on the right who is using his court as a way to impose the ultra right wing nonsense that can’t get passed by the house and senate on the country who doesn’t want it. Especially in this case, more than 70% of the country wants Roe maintained and the access to safe abortion protected…but that doesn’t matter to this hack…he is going to be remembered as the justice who ruined the court’s reputation as being and honest arbiter of the law and turned it into just another corrupt part of the right wing machine…nice job Johnny boy….
John Roberts blackens his legacy….
Well…if it wasn’t clear before that Chief Justice John Roberts was just another repub partisan hack, you just have to look at his behavior as the presiding judge in the idiot trump’s impeachment trial. It is clear that the pundits who thought and opined that Roberts would be impartial and run a squeaky clean trial were just so damn wrong they should have their pundit cards revoked…what the hell is he even there for? To start, he has allowed the repub defenders of trump to lie and lie and lie all through their presentations with not one peep from Roberts…would a judge in any other court allow the defense lawyers to lie to get their client off? The amount of lies that Sekulow has told would get him disbarred if he tried that crap in a real court but Roberts just sits there like he’s waiting for the next show of a double feature and does nothing about it…and he has had two days now to hear the lies and he or his clerks should have some sort of response prepared by now…at least a damn slap on the wrist for the easily debunked lies, but no…nothing, hmmm…it kinda even seems he’s in on the coverup by letting the lies stand. Then, the one time Roberts says something it’s to bothsider the dems with an admonishment for decorum….so, the repubs can lie and personally attack every damn one of the dems but when Jerry Nadler stands up and states the fact that there is a coverup going on, Roberts freaks out like he is afraid of anyone saying it out loud even though it is the truth. Roberts is supposedly sensitive to what his legacy will be from his time on the court…but it is clear that he has blacked it with his behavior…no, that’s not strong enough…he has burned it to the ground, and then poured the blackest oil all over it, then emptied a dump truck full of coal on top of that…his only legacy will be of the partisan hack that he is and he should slink away after the trial and just shut the hell up about his bullshit about the integrity of the supreme court…he has destroyed that….
They have to take an oath…
Well…to show just how corrupt Mitch McConnell is, you just have to look at the oath that all senators have to take before the impeachment trial starts that requires them to be “impartial” during the proceedings. Does ole Mitch think that if he announces to one and all that he will coordinate with trump and the WH during the trial that that is okay since he announced it before the trial? How can it even appear that he is impartial if he has already made up his mind and has promised trump he has nothing to worry about with a trial? I wonder what John Roberts, the SC chief justice, is going to do when one of the dems files a complaint about ole Mitch’s “impartiality” and demands that Mitch recuse himself because there is no damn way that he is going to be impartial and is going to violate his oath as soon as he opens his mouth? Will Roberts risk what little respect he has left and his legacy just to help Mitch keep trump in office? Sadly, I think the court has been so corrupted by Mitch’s blocking of Merrick Garland from the court and it’s packing with ideologues by Mitch that Roberts is just going to give up and go along…and that is one thing I don’t understand…how supposedly respectable judges and legislators have trashed themselves for trump when they have to know he is the worst of the worst and they could actually burnish their reputations by standing up to the orange menace and protecting the constitution…but, they don’t and a more craven bunch of fools I have never seen…geez….
