Well…have been up for a while already but I’m moving pretty slow so far….just poured the first cup of coffee so that isn’t working yet and I wish it was….slept okay last night but I think I’m sore from the bike ride yesterday…it was the first day of going hard and taking a long ride so that is to be expected….it was nice to get out in shorts but that will be the last time for the next two weeks…it is going to be cold and I’m not sure I can take much more of it….I need spring to come soon…it is even supposed to snow next weekend so I think I’ll leave the winter tires on the car for another week….didn’t get anything done yesterday and I am not motivated to do anything today….I think I’ll leave that for tomorrow and just veg today….more later….

Another pair for the B-3 count…
Well…yeah, I know…it’s been a couple of days since I did a political one and it is going to be one more…there is a lot going on but my brain cleanse is not done yet so you’ll have to wait until tomorrow for one of those….right now, I want to do one on a topic that I haven’t done in quite a while…my obsession with the Hammond B-3 Organ and the groups that used them. Yesterday, while I was killing some time and trying to not use any data, I was going through my antenna channels and ran across some old bands on PBS and immediately my eyes looked to the stage and my ears perked up when Eric Burdon was on and his band had a B-3 and even had the Leslie speaker that is supposed to be used with it…right after that, Procul Harum came on and they too had a B-3…and if you remember their big hit “a whiter shade of pale”, you will remember the organ solo in the middle that is clearly a B-3…so, add a pair to the B-3 count…
March 18th
Well….not sure where I’m running this morning…but, I did remember that it is Sunday…and that meant I had to go out and get the paper…and I read it already and it’s not even 8 yet…had an okay day yesterday and finally got out on the bike without a stocking hat…something I need to do again today but that won’t be until noon or so…may even be able to go out in shorts if I wait….but that means I need to find something to do this morning…and the boredom is already bleeding in so there may be a little sense of urgency…nope, none at all….my right heel is finally healed for the first time this year and I have no pain when I walk and that is a relief…but, I have huge cramps in my hands when I’m on the bike and ibuprofen doesn’t help so I’m not sure what that is about….they kick in before I’m out a mile so that leaves 14 in pain…not much to do today….I should clean some and I might but I’m not sure when that will be….more later….
March 17th
Well…running a little late today and it’s because I just can’t get started….Just poured the first cup of coffee and it hasn’t had enough time to work so I guess I’ll have to ease into it again today…I did just notice that my right heel doesn’t hurt any more and that is a good thing…but, it’s going to take a while to get my walk back to normal since it has been so long that I have been favoring it…and my allergies are flaring up already and that is not a good thing…oh, well…slept okay last night but I don’t think that’s helping today…feel pretty slow today…had an okay day yesterday but the weather is still too damn cold for me…I mean we are already more than halfway through March and we haven’t had a nice day yet….I am itching to get out on the bike in shorts and to not have to warm the car up to melt the frost off the glass…not much to do today…the 12 hours of Sebring is on this morning and then there is basketball on that will keep me from being too bored…Happy St. Patrick’s day…..more later…
It’s a two fer….
Well….as you know, the Russians just tried to murder a spy and his daughter last week int he UK, and I have been thinking about why they would be so blatant about it…using a nerve agent that was easily traced back to them. The first thing that came to mind was that the idiot trump is so weak that Putin just doesn’t fear him at all…that trump has telegraphed that he is never going to do anything to Russia or Putin that is going to hurt them, and that is evidenced by the latest round of sanctions that do nothing to deter Russian interference in our country…you can see that by the revelation yesterday that they have been trying to gain control of the electric grid here in the US. But, there is a second reason that just popped into my head that makes sense, too….Putin is sending a message to trump that he needs to be careful, that the Russians can get to him at any time…and this plays to idiot boy’s fears of germs and even the well known fear he has that he will be poisoned by his food…going so far as to make unannounced trips to McDonald’s so no one has the chance to get to him that way. All of Russia’s meddling in the world is a direct result of how weak and stupid trump is, and it won’t stop until the idiot boy is gone…I hope that’s soon….impeach…
March 16th
Well…running a little late today with staying up to watch Michigan play…didn’t make it to the end of the game but just checked and Michigan won….so, I can continue to watch the tournament and not feel bad about it…had an okay day yesterday but didn’t get much done…again…but I did get the grocery run in and a nice ride on the bike so maybe that is something…but, it’s still too damn cold for it being the middle of March…I wonder when it’s going to warm up….looks like not until April….crap….still having a hard time figuring out what day it is when I get up…yesterday, I thought it was Sunday and all I had to do was to go out to get the paper…how I thought that, I don’t know….oh, well….I should clean the bathroom today but I may watch basketball again instead…who knows? Looks like trouble for the repubs…poor babies…
Well…I think I touched on the surprising upset in PA-18 yesterday by a dem in a district that idiot boy trump carried by 20 points in 2016…and this win exposes the trouble that the repubs are in for November in the mid term elections. I think I saw that the repubs have to defend something like 114 districts that were either won by Hillary, or that were won by the moron by much less than the 20 points in PA-18. With the fact that we only need to take 23 of those districts to take back control of the house, the poor baby repubs are in for a world of hurt….of course, the election is still 8 months away and there are things that may happen to change the dynamics of the races, but I feel that there is difference here…that people in this country both dem and independent, and even some repubs are ready to say that this criminal enterprise that is disguised as an “administration” is just not American, is not how it’s supposed to be, that a president is not supposed to enrich himself using the office to do it…now, all we need to do is turn out this fall…remembering the fact that if we vote, we win, and we can start to remove these leeches who are bleeding the life blood of this country….impeach…
March 15th
Well…running a little late today…the computer did an update overnight and I had to restart chrome and all the tabs that I normally have open and that takes a while…slept okay last night and feel pretty good today with being good the past three nights…have had a little bug the past few days and I started the day today with feeling warm and with a little cough….but, I don’t feel too badly so I’ll just let it do it’s thing….did get a good bike ride in yesterday but I may take today off depending on the temp…I think it’s only…okay, just looked at the weather and it just may be warm enough to go out later today…probably after lunch….I did get out to see G for a couple yesterday…and I now remember that it’s not that much fun anymore…oh, well….I am a little excited with the NCAA tournament starting tonight with Michigan at ten so I won’t see all of that game….not much to to today….going to make a pork stir fry for lunch and I should clean the bathroom but, who knows? More later….
Where are your tweets today, idiot boy?
Well….it appears that Conor Lamb, the dem, won the special election for a house seat in blood red trump country…a district that was won by the idiot trump by 20 points last year…and my question is “where are your tweets today, idiot boy?” We all know that trump takes credit for everything even though he has nothing to do with it, and bankruptcies and lies and losing is never his fault…so I am not holding my breath to hear a word from him…and that will be a good thing…you can only take so much idiocy before your frontal lobes start to melt down and mine have been sloshing around in my head for some time now. I am still concerned that we will take back control of the house in November, but, the repubs in districts that went for Hillary or that idiot boy only won by single digits should be making plans for another career…it warms me that we are turning out for these elections so far with an enthusiasm that I never thought I’d see again in my lifetime….November is being treated like it’s the most important election in the history of the country…and it is…impeach…
Folding their tents and slinking away…
Well….how much more blatant does the collusion with the idiot trump have to be before the repubs do something about it? Yesterday, Devin Nunes folded his tents and was seen slinking away after producing a lie filled report from the house intel committee saying that Russia had nothing to do with election interference and there is nothing to see there. Now, this was immediately followed by the ranking dem member of the committee, Adam Schiff, saying “not so fast” and putting out his own “minority report” with all of the things that weren’t done, and all of the witnesses who were allowed to stonewall the committee and not answer even the softball questions that Nunes and his minions asked. Even Trey Gowdy, he of the endless Benghazi investigations, has said that the evidence gathered by the committee clearly showed that the Russians hated Hillary and they did everything during the election to hurt her chances…and Trey believes that there is “no difference between between opposing Clinton and backing trump” and he disagrees with Nunes’s conclusion that the intelligence agencies got it wrong when they discovered the Russian attack. The closing of the “investigation” caught the dems on the committee by surprise since they were not told it was concluded and they still had many lines of investigation to pursue….now, this is a blatant abuse of power by the idiot Nunes and I really do hope that Mueller takes a look at this obstruction of justice and brings the appropriate charges to Nunes…impeach….
