Well….spent the night last night watching the show “Roadies” and I really like it…very good character development and stories….give it a try…..it was another work day yesterday trying to get everything done that I needed to and I did…so today will be just a cleaning and laundry day but I’m not sure how much of that I’ll get done…my ribs have hurt the past few days and I really can’t figure out how I hurt them….so back to the painkillers for the bike ride today….and I need to use up the bagels that I bought last week before the smoked fish goes bad…and I need more coffee, too…..yep… as you can see…I’m all over the place today and can’t really focus…I did have the weird squiggly lines in my vision yesterday that usually come before a migraine but no headache at all…maybe it’s a tumor…who knows?

Well….what a day yesterday…was on the run all morning and then I had work to do around here that I didn’t get done until almost 3:30…and I am sore everywhere today with being on my feel all day…didn’t even get to eat anything til late in the aft and that has my energy level quite low today….even with being good last night…I did make some cash yesterday that I promptly spent on supplies so I guess that’s a wash….I just realized that summer is almost over and I really didn’t get much done at all…I did get out to the beach once and I may do that again next week…..still have a bunch of work to do around here this morning…after the bike ride, that is…so I guess I need to take something for the pain right now so I can get through the workout…..more later….

Well….what a waste of a Sunday…I really did plan on getting some things done but that didn’t happen….and, I’m not sure if today will be any better….I have lots of stuff to do but just can’t get motivated to do anything…oh, well…..have an errand to run this morning but I really, really need coffee right now….and I need to work out before that….and get the bike ride in…so, it’s going to be busy today….have been sore everywhere the past few days and I’m not sure what that is about….and the goldenrod and ragweed is blooming right now and I am just feeling lousy from the allergies…yeah, sounds pretty bad right now and it is…but, it is mostly attitude and I can fix that….more later….

Well…it’s getting close to the end of the month so I guess I’ll just noodle around a little today since I’m one behind….it was nice to see my son last night even if he didn’t get here until 10 or so…that’s really late for me on a weekend….and that kept me up really late last night…think I didn’t get to bed until 12:30 or so and then I was up really early…as usual….I do have some work to do around here but I’m not sure if I’m going to do it or not…I do have to do the dishes at least but that may be it…really don’t want to talk about Trump today…it seems I’m trumped out today and I’m not sure how long that is going to last…I don’t want to just write about that idiot and it is making me lazy doing it…so maybe some science later or some sports? Anything but Trump….I did have a nice ride on the bike today but the straps on my bag broke so I had to cut it short to come home and repair it…but, I got that done and repaired the handgrips that I hope will last until I buy new ones…okay…that’s enough for now….

Well…had a cool surprise last night when one of my sons stopped over and we went out to have some food…pretty cool to see him and have some time to hang out….still smiling from that….I did get out to see the cars at the show yesterday but the storm thinned out the field some…it was cool to see two Avantis at the show and it took me back to my childhood when someone at my church owned one….didn’t get on the bike yesterday but T gave me permission to take it off and that gave me a laugh…but, I will get out here in a few minutes but I need to see the F1 race at Spa first….okay…need a bagel and more coffee so I’ll end here….

Well…I’m still screwed up on what day it is…it felt like Saturday all day yesterday and I was in Saturday mode all day…even cleaned the bathroom which usually happens on Saturday so I’m not sure what I’m going to do today…the one key should have been that there was no soccer on which is my go to on Sat mornings….it looks like today may be the day off the bike that I have been hoping for with the huge blob of rain that is aimed right at this area that looks like it will take a few hours to pass…and if it doesn’t finish until after noon, I will have F1 qualifying and Man U that I need to watch…I really don’t like to go out in the aft with all of the traffic on the trail and the light just doesn’t look right….I do want to go over to Rogers Plaza this aft to look at the car show but not if it’s raining…could be a really good day to just veg the whole day out today…okay need more coffee and a bagel so I’m going to do that…more later…

Well….I am a little confused today…it seems like a Saturday after playing pool yesterday…oh, and I won by the way….so I think it will take part of the day to get used to it….the venison and fish I smoked yesterday came out great and I made some dip for a snack yesterday that was just great…going to have a bagel with cream cheese with my next cup of coffee here in a minute…with some of the smoke fish….might give me some energy on the bike this morning…but I still need to take some painkillers before I go out since it helps with the cramps….didn’t get anything else done yesterday so I will have to do better today since the kitchen and bathroom needs work….I also have to go out and get an antenna so I can watch the Lions tomorrow night and the lid on my trashcan broke so I need another one of those, too…I need some tomatoes, too, so that will be piled on and done all at once…more later…..

Well…running a little late today with having to do the grocery run where I spent 70 bucks…yow….and didn’t get much….at least I won’t run out of milk this week…or potatoes…got 10 lbs for 3 bucks…not sure how I’m going to use them before they spoil but I think there are recipes in the cookbook that T gave me…..did make a little cash yesterday that almost paid for the groceries so that was cool….and I do have enough in the drawer to get through another week….I am happy that the Olympics are over…oh, I said that before, didn’t I? I have to get caught up on the shows on the server and that will start tonight with a couple of Ray Donovans…no, it will start with Mr. Robot and then into Ray…..I do need to remember to take some stuff for the pain before the bike….I seem to have cramps everywhere and it may be that I’m low on potassium….who knows?  Okay…need to get the coffee finished and get out on the bike so I can smoke some venison and some steelhead today….hope it comes out okay….more later….

Well…day one of red loctite on the bike and so far so good…it is the first time I’ve gone through an entire run without having to tighten the arm in a month….let’s hope it stays that way….didn’t have a lot to do yesterday so I didn’t do a lot….the toe soreness is gone this morning and that made me kind of laugh a little with how much it hurt yesterday….but now my ankles hurt so I know this is just the moving pain that I’ve had for years now so it will be no big deal….looks like a rainy one this aft so I need to get the bike ride in this morning after I get my hair cut…it is rubbing on the inside of the top and feels like spiders so I do need to get that done…and, I have a coupon to save 5 bucks so that is cool…and, I am going to make a little cash this aft so I can buy groceries tomorrow….okay, need more coffee so I am going to go get more and read some news…more later…..

Well…yeah…have been writing about the idiot Trump and his brood a bit too much lately so I think I’ll do a little lighter stuff for this afternoon….I forgot that I saw a Ferrari 458 Sat sitting at the strip mall in front of my place…there were two Porsche 911’s and a Porsche Panamera, too so I’m not sure what the heck that was about….I do have a photo to prove it if anyone wants to see it….I did see a really cool video of some SpcaeX launches and landings…and I didn’t know that the landings were done with only one of the 9 rocket engines firing…they were all in slow mo and it was pretty cool…found out about them from Phil Plait’s column over at Slate, again, and if you haven’t checked out “Bad Astronomy” over there yet, you should, pretty cool stuff. The big GR Metro Cruise is going on this weekend with a car show at Rogers Plaza that is always some fun…there are plenty of cool old cars and lots of weird people to watch….there was even a beater Miata there last year that made me laugh….okay…that was good for me to cleanse the politics out of my head and do something different for a change…might even come back for another one today but I’m not sure about that yet….
