Well…we all know how terrible the repubs are…there is not a good person in that whole bunch and Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida is one of that basket’s most rotten apples…since vaccines have been available, ole Ron has been making sure that his rich, white buddies got to the front of the line, taking vaccines that were meant for poor, minority areas and essentially selling them to his buddies to enrich his re-election fund…and he had his best fundraising month ever in February, raising 2.7 million dollars and not a dime of it was from the repub rank and file…one rich white guy even gave him a check for a quarter of a million dollars after DeSantis got him a place in line for the vaccine. Now in any other political era this would have spelled doom for any candidate or politician to stiff the poor from the protection of the vaccine but in these times where nothing is too low for any repub politician, they just don’t care about anyone who didn’t vote for them. I wonder if there is a bottom to all of this corruption? Okay, yeah, stupid question…where there repubs are involved all there is a black hole that has not bottom and they are in a race to the bottom…geez…

Pay for play…exposed……
Well…these damn repubs are so stupid they are saying the quiet parts out loud…after most of the repubs in the House supported the lies that there was election fraud in the 2020 election that led directly to the attack on the capitol…there was huge backlash from their corporate donors who said they will stop giving money to the ones who supported the lie and insurrection…and what is the response of these repubs? To expose they are all doing “pay for play” by saying they won’t meet with any representative from the companies until they give them money again…gee…sounds a bit like blackmail or extortion to me and it does fit the criminal description of it….so now we know…okay, we knew this before…that the modern repubs are only in government to enrich themselves…they have no principles or any guiding system of governance…they are just in it for the money and when the money is shut off there is no reason for them to be there…not to make their voters life better since that never enters into their heads…just money…and money alone….god, I hate these guys…
It’s pay for play and it’s sickening…
Well…in case you were wondering why the idiot trump was working to end sanctions on the Chinese company ZTE, the answer was revealed this morning….it a pure pay for play…and it is sickening that the idiot boy is using the US government to line his pockets…again. The revelation today that the Chinese government is going to invest 500 million in a trump resort that is going to be built in southeast Asia…yep, you heard that right…sanctions that were put in place on ZTE for selling American technology to North Korea and Iran are now being lifted after trump got a bribe from China….nothing like this has ever happened in the history of our country and the damn repubs are just sitting there letting this idiot sell off our country’s strategic diplomacy for his own profit…and trump is probably funneling some of this cash to Ryan and McConnell to buy their silence….this is not how it is supposed to work and that makes it even more imperative that we get off our asses and vote come November…this crap has got to stop…impeach…

Well…if you have seen or read about the confirmation hearing for Ed sec, you can see that the repub party has sunk to new lows of pay for play….where a totally unqualified person buys her way to a cabinet post. EdSec is a position that is supposed to think about and guarantee a good education to all of the children in this country..but, to hear ole Betsy, that stops if you are not a christian, or if you have disabilities, of if you go to a public school….in fact she has said that no one deserves a public education and has spent her time and untold millions of dollars screwing up the public schools here in Michigan…supporting taking public money and giving it to for profit schools run by repub cronies so to bleed the public schools dry and kill them off. This is all part of the coordinated repub plan to use public money to support religious schools (if they are christian of course) and damn the constitution that provides for the separation of church and state. She has shown that she knows nothing about education and has no training or experience in public education policy…but, that doesn’t matter since her family gave 200 million to the repubs over the years and that makes her qualified in her mind…but that is the only place she is quaified…geez….

Well…just read a little article on one of the websites that has my jaw dropping in it’s so outrageous….while the reps in both the senate and house work for the people in their districts and the law says they have to take time to listen to them, there is a new twist that the repubs are trying out to limit the participation of people they don’t want there…they are charging money to attend the town hall meetings that are supposed to be so their constituents can question them about their votes and express their thoughts on what they want from their rep. In the past couple of months…ole Paul Ryan has started to charge admission of 15 dollars a head for access to these meeting with the express intent of keeping the “riff raff” out of these meetings…and by riff raff that means anyone who is going to ask them a question that might put them on the spot…just when I think the repubs can’t sink much lower…they have sold our democracy to the highest bidder and now they are charging for the “privilege” to talk to them…what a bunch of grifters…geez…
Back to the idiot Rick Perry…
Well….have a couple of things that I want to talk about and, as I said, Rick Perry is going to be fun…first, I still marvel at the way the repubs keep chanting “get government out of the way”, but in Texas, over 500 million dollars of “government money” has been handed out to Perry’s cronies that are his biggest campaign contributors; a “pay for play system” that says that if you are not ready to give millions to Perry’s political campaign, stay out of Texas because you won’t get any government contracts. Politicians used to go to jail for that kind of stuff and now it is held up as a miracle? Now, we have the idiot stand up and calling Obama the greatest job killer in the history of the country….never bothering to do the math that more jobs were lost in the last year of ole GW’s term than there has been in Obama’s term…so how are you going to blame that on Obama? That companies were cutting jobs in anticipation of Obama getting elected? Just more nonsense from another Texan who was born on third base and thinks he hit a triple….geez….
