Well….how much more blatant does the collusion with the idiot trump have to be before the repubs do something about it? Yesterday, Devin Nunes folded his tents and was seen slinking away after producing a lie filled report from the house intel committee saying that Russia had nothing to do with election interference and there is nothing to see there. Now, this was immediately followed by the ranking dem member of the committee, Adam Schiff, saying “not so fast” and putting out his own “minority report” with all of the things that weren’t done, and all of the witnesses who were allowed to stonewall the committee and not answer even the softball questions that Nunes and his minions asked. Even Trey Gowdy, he of the endless Benghazi investigations, has said that the evidence gathered by the committee clearly showed that the Russians hated Hillary and they did everything during the election to hurt her chances…and Trey believes that there is “no difference between between opposing Clinton and backing trump” and he disagrees with Nunes’s conclusion that the intelligence agencies got it wrong when they discovered the Russian attack. The closing of the “investigation” caught the dems on the committee by surprise since they were not told it was concluded and they still had many lines of investigation to pursue….now, this is a blatant abuse of power by the idiot Nunes and I really do hope that Mueller takes a look at this obstruction of justice and brings the appropriate charges to Nunes…impeach….

Another one bites the dust….
Well….another morning, another part of the trump “administration” is gone…Rex Tillerson was fired as Sec of State today and, while he was not much of an SoS, we need to understand the real reason why he is gone. Just yesterday, Tillerson came out with a statement that he agreed with the evidence that the UK has that Russia tried to murder an ex Russian spy and his daughter, using a nerve agent that Russia has used many times before to silence their critics around the world and as payback for people that Putin thinks have personally wronged him…and this firing is just another part of the clear pattern of the idiot trump favoring the people in Russia who got him elected…and just reeks of blackmail by the Russians who are still controlling trump to get what they want. So now, repubs, what are you going to do about it? It is clear that the Russians are now running our government and it is the repubs who are complicit in this….including the idiot Devin Nunes who yesterday kissed trump’s ass by lying that there was no collusion with the Russian’s during the election….this is a criminal conspiracy that is going to kill the repub party….I hope…impeach….
I’m struggling today…
Well…it’s another one of those days where I am struggling to come up with a topic for this one and I’m not sure why…there is lots of stuff going on but I’m just not feeling the outrage that I normally use to fuel these…I wonder if it’s trump fatigue? When there is a new scandal almost every day, it does make you weary reading about all that all the time…and, I’ve been in a pretty good mood today and that doesn’t help. Okay, maybe I should talk about the debacle of an interview that Betsy DeVos has on “60 Minutes” last night….if there has ever been a less qualified person for ed secretary, I don’t know who that would be. And, here’s the thing, it doesn’t matter to the repubs that she dumber than a box of rocks…and her dismal performance at her confirmation hearings was repeated in the interview last night…when she was asked if she has ever visited any underperforming schools to see what the problems are there she just looked blankly at Leslie Stahl and said “oh, maybe I should”…and in the rest of the interview she showed that she is uniquely unqualified for the job….I think people should remember that she and her other rich allies did their best to kill off public schools here in Michigan so they could line their pockets with tax money that went to the charter schools here…and this is the model she wants across the country nevermind that the founders of this country (some pretty sharp people) knew that public education was vital to a working democracy. I think ole Betsy is the best example of why we need a 90% inheritance tax in this country….just because she has inherited money doesn’t make her an expert on anything…a fact that is reinforced every time she opens her mouth….hey, I guess I did have a topic…
Trump’s buddy Putin just tried to murder another one…
Well…I wonder if anyone will tell the idiot trump that his buddy Putin just tried to murder another person in England? Sergei Skipal and his daughter were found poisoned in a park this past Sunday and the “nerve agent” they were poisoned with could not have come from anywhere than a state actor…there is no individual or terror group (unless you consider Russia a terror group like I do) that has the means to create the poison that was used and it is well known that Russia routinely goes after former spies or anyone else who stands in the way of Russia’s goals in the world. And, this is Trump’s buddy…the person he believes over our intelligence agencies…I guess I shouldn’t be surprised about idiot boy’s affection for murderers and thugs…he has loved those type of people since he worked with the mob in New York to build most of the buildings he built…and just loves Duarte of the Philippines who has been on a murder spree since he was elected a few years back, killing thousands of “drug dealers” who just happen to be his political enemies. You know trump won’t do a damn thing when he is told that Putin tried to murder another person…and the repubs won’t do a damn thing about it either…impeach…
Erik Prince is going down….
Well…just when I thought that the news was going to overwhelm me with all of the crap coming out of the WH, a little bit of good news made me smile this morning. Reporting from a lot of news outlets today have put together the case that Erik Prince lied to congress and the FBI about his supposed “chance meeting” with the Russians in the Seychelles. Now, if you remember, one of the charges that got both Popadopoulos and Gates in this investigation was lying to the FBI and both of them are going to jail for it…so guess where this leaves ole Prince? Yep, indictments are coming for him and they need to make sure he doesn’t run to Dubai like he did when his company, Blackwater, was on trial for murdering scores of people in Iraq. The meeting that he lied about was not the “chance meeting” he said it was but was planned weeks in advance and Prince knew about it as the planning was going on…and there is new evidence coming from a person that was at the meeting that the purpose of the meeting was for Putin to get his hooks further into the idiot trump and his amateurs that were trying to conduct foreign policy in secret. Now, I m sitting here with a smile on my face that Betsy DeVos’s brother is going to jail…and that these people of privilege who have been able to cheat their entire lives and live on inherited wealth and a feeling of superiority to the rest of us are finally being shown that they are not above the law….it is another step in getting directly to the idiot trump…impeach…
Dupes and dopes…
Well…not ready to work out yet so I thought I’d come back here to do another one of these while it’s still fresh in my head….with all of the crowing that the idiot trump and his minions did about the the tax cut scam, and how it would be a huge benefit for the workers in this country…with the increase in tariffs on steel and aluminum, the dupes and dopes who voted this idiot in (along with the Russians) are going to see any increase in their pay checks offset completely by the rise in costs from the tariffs. How is this not a tax increase on working people? Idiot boy and his minions have no clue how tariffs work…he really does think that the countries selling us steel and aluminum are going to send the US a check for the tariffs and that is just not how it works….and the job losses that were estimated yesterday at 146,000 have now been revised to over a million jobs…yep, the “greatest job creator” is going to be personally responsible for putting over a million US workers out of work….how’s that tax cut working for you now, trump voters? How’s that “make America great again” working for you? You know, I usually have empathy for people who lose their jobs since I went through that crap, but the willfully ignorant trump voters really deserve to share in the pain they’ve foisted on the rest of us and I have no sympathy for any of them…impeach….
Trade stupidity…
Well….as you probably already know, the idiot trump has proposed, in a fit of absolute ignorant stupidity, to put tariffs on all of the steel and aluminum that is imported into this country. As you can already guess, countries across the world have said they will match the tariffs on any exported American finished goods, raw materials, and food…setting the lie to the idiot trump’s assertion that “trade wars are easy to win”. In the fact based community who have studied the effects of tariffs on trade for decades, the fact is that these tariffs that trump says will “save” American jobs are projected to cost the US 146,000 jobs in the first two years and will crush the farm belt that stupidly voted for trump by curtailing exports of food that these farmers depend on to stay in business. In trying to hurt China with tariffs on the steel they export to the US, idiot boy forgot to think of the fact that 60% of the soybeans produced in this country are exported to China…and China is already looking for other sources than the US since, with the idiot in the WH, they can’t depend on us as a trading partner anymore…just as Mexico did when they stopped buying American corn and made trade deals with Argentina and other South American countries when trump started to try to dismantle NAFTA and attacked Mexico relentlessly for a reason that only exists in trump’s fevered brain. What do you think about your hero now, farmers? Voting for a game show host gets you game show governance and you wanted this by a large margin…maybe you won’t be so stupid next time…nope, stupidity runs deep in trump country….geez….
Poor little snowflakes…
Well…as you know, I haven’t been feeling too well today and that kept me off the bike and led to me having some extra time to read the news…sometimes that’s a good thing, sometimes it isn’t. Just now, it was a really good, funny thing that left me laughing at just how pathetic the whiny conservatives are. In DC, where there are a lot of single people trying to date, conservative men have been surprised that they are having a hard time finding women who will go out with them…and, I wonder why? Could it be that they are racist, misogynist assholes who support trump and the rest of the troglodytes in the repub party? Could it be that they support the government telling women what they can and cannot do with their bodies? Could it be that they have no problem giving billions of dollars of tax cuts to the rich while working people get nothing? Could it be that they support taking healthcare away from millions of their fellow citizens? To hear conservatives talk, it is just so unfair to them that once women they want to date find out they are conservatives assholes, that the women run the other way as fast as they can…poor little snowflakes…hey, why don’t you try not being a conservative asshole? Why don’t you try being a human being sometime? I’ve found in my long lifetime that having some empathy and not hating everyone who is not like you goes a long way to having people want to spend time with you….even women at times….maybe this is natural selection at work…and will help kill off the asshole conservative population by not allowing them to reproduce? Hope so…geez…
Under the radar….
Well…with the Nunberg meltdown that took all of the oxygen out of the news media yesterday, one little story flew under the radar that is just more evidence of Russian meddling in our country and the fact that the idiot trump is not doing anything about it. This story would be shocking in any other “administration”, but with all of the scandal and cronyism coming out of the WH, it has not gotten the attention it deserves….yesterday it was reported that Christopher Steele told Bob Mueller that his contacts in Russia have told him that Russia intervened when the idiot trump wanted Mitt Romney as his Secretary of State since Romney is a noted hawk on Russia and would ensure that the sanctions on Russia were not lifted. So, who did we get when the Russians vetoed Romney? Rex Tillerson who Putin awarded the Russian Order of Friendship to for his collaboration with the Russians when he was the head of Exxon/Mobil…and someone who has so many connections to Russia that Putin thought he would be easily manipulated to support removing sanctions. Is this treason, finally? How about it repubs…are you going to do anything now when the idiot in the WH is clearly doing Russia’s bidding? What a traitorous bunch…impeach….
What a meltdown…
Well…haven’t been feeling that hot this afternoon and I thought I wouldn’t be back for a second one…but, this was just too damn delicious to pass up. This afternoon, one of the idiot trump’s campaign aides, Sam Nunberg, went into a total meltdown on every news channel there is today in response to a grand jury subpoena that was served on him by Mueller, saying that he wouldn’t turn over the e-mails and texts to and from others on the campaign and wouldn’t even show up for his meeting on Friday…basically daring Mueller to arrest him. In the multi show meltdown, there was one nugget that came out that I’ll bet has the WH crapping themselves today…talking to Jake Tapper, Nunberg said that trump knew about the meeting in trump tower with Russian spies and talked about it a week before it happened…now, I’m not sure how much you can trust someone who has clearly gone over the edge, but, if true, this will just add to the obstruction of justice evidence that Mueller already has on idiot boy…can’t wait to hear Rachel tonight…this should be fun….impeach…
