Well….a tiny little bit of trump’s 2005 taxes were revealed last night on Rachael’s show and it left more questions than it answered…like, where did the income come from? That is the big one that trump needs to answer…the WH is being two faced again on this one…gee, big surprise, first confirming that they really were copies of his 1040, but then going after the publishing of them as being “fake news” and “illegal”…really par for the course for these idiots who really don’t know or care that publishing them is protected under the first amendment. The real takeaway from the returns so far is that trump only paid 24% of his income in taxes when he should have paid 39% since that was the tax rate for his income for that year….but the bigger thing is that he paid the Alternative Minimum Tax to get him to the low 24%…and guess what one of the first things trump wants to do? Get rid of the AMT so he would only have to pay 3% on over a hundred million dollars in income…which is less than I paid on the 14K I lived on last year. This kind of self-dealing is illegal under many federal laws but do you think any repub prosecutor is going to do anything about it? Only if you are delusional…impeach….
March 15th
Well…I forgot it was Pi day yesterday so happy belated Pi day….I did get a few things done yesterday and started on the kitchen but I’m not sure how much more I will get done today…I am going to cook the rest of a pork loin in my pressure cooker this morning since I have been trying to find out how to cook one of them and have it have flavor…the thin slices that Tom suggested worked pretty well but I need to get the rest of it cooked and don’t want to have to freeze the rest of it…I am sore again this morning and I think it may be that I am just getting old, not that I’m doing anything strenuous….but I think I slept okay last night even with getting up before 6….not sure what I’m going to do today but cook….it is still too damn cold outside to get on the bike and that is still annoying….more later….
The bribery continues….
Well…reading a little bit about some reporters who have been “following the money” just like in Watergate and a couple of stunning sub stories have come up that I just have to comment on. A year or so ago, trump sold some property in Palm Springs, Florida to a Russian oligarch, a “fertilizer baron” as he has been called…and the funny thing about it it this guy paid $50 million dollars more than the property was worth that went straight into trumps pocket…hmmm…I wonder what the reason would be that someone would pay double what a piece of property was worth? Think it may have been a slush fund from the Russian government to set the stage for trump to do them favors? Sure looks like it and trump has given no other explanation for the extra $50 mil. And, the bribery or influence peddling continues with his son in law’s ( and close adviserJared Kushner) family being given a $400 million dollar profit on a building in Manhattan that is being purchased by a shady Chinese company that is said to be a front for the Chinese government. Now, what better way would there be to gain influence in an ethically challenged trump administration than to give the in-laws $400 million dollars? Just another part of the web of corruption that stinks to high heaven from trump and his administration….now, the media has been asleep at the wheel on trump but I can’t believe that there is not one journalist out there that doesn’t want a Pulitzer prize for putting the corruption/conspiracy puzzle together….impeach…
17,000 dead….
Well…what must be in the repubs souls when all of them are okay with condemning 17,000 of their fellow Americans to certain death just to give tax cuts to the rich? That is the estimate of how many Americans WILL die if the repub plan replaces the ACA…let that one sink in for a minute…just because they hate Obama and the fact that the ACA helps people, they are willing to kill 17,000 Americans just to get their revenge and to pay off the millionaires and billionaires that bought them an election. This has got to be tied to every one of them at their town halls…ask them if they are okay with killing 17,000 Americans just to give the rich more of the country…and then ask their voters if they were voting to die when they voted for these assholes. I have a sinking feeling it won’t matter to the racists that voted these idiots in….they will rationalize it by saying “at least none of those damn Illegal immigrants are going to get healthcare”. That’s the thing, these voters want their racism more than they want their healthcare…and I fear they are willing to die and take a lot of other people with them to keep the racists in office….impeach….

Well…Paul Ryan and his repub cronies are just sick bastards and if you didn’t know it before, just listen to what they are crowing about today with their new “take healthcare away” law. In the CBO report, buried a little ways back, there is a 3 billion dollars a year saving for Social Security that these idiots are puffing their chests out about….but, as always, these sick bastards didn’t read the fine print…just guess where that 3 billion dollars comes from? C’mon, just one little guess…give up? It comes from the fact that more people will DIE from lack of healthcare before they apply for Social Security….so SS won’t have to pay out for those people that the repubs just took healthcare away from. Just a bunch of sick bastards is the only way to describe them….and to show pure glee that they can make people die earlier so they can cut taxes for the rich shows they just don’t give a damn about you and me…after all, these “people” just love causing pain…or I should say “causing freedom” as they gut the safety net…bastards all….impeach
Why did Preet Bharara hold out?
Well…with the blood bath Friday where 46 district attorneys were asked to resign, the question needs to be asked is why did Preet Bharara refuse and then was fired? Could it be that he was investigating trump and his cronies and their use by Putin in stealing the election? I think that is part of it…and asking for the resignations has been done before…but in an orderly manner with replacements ready in the wings…but we all know that trump and his cronies in the government don’t believe in the rule of law so they don’t think these posts are needed…and I also think that some of the attorneys were getting close to trump so they had to do something to derail the investigations. And that is where the Bharara firing comes in….he knew what he had on trump and he also knew that if he waited to be fired, that would add another charge to those trump had coming…that his firing would be obstruction of justice that would take down both trump and sessions…and the extra day in office with access to the investigation’s information would allow him to ensure that the crony of trump that was appointed to replace him wouldn’t be able to scuttle the investigation by making the evidence go away. With everything that is now being exposed, trump should be impeached today and he and his cronies who colluded with Russia need to be in jail….

Well…feeling a little crappy this morning with not sleeping too well…and it is just too damn cold for a mid March day…13 frickin degrees….and I am feeling it right now…just can’t get warm and I am hoping the coffee warms me up some….not a lot happened yesterday and today looks the same…I do feel pretty creaky this morning and I think the cold is contributing to that….don’t have to cook today but I think I’m going to do some slow cooked pork tomorrow….have leftover fish to have for lunch and I think I’ll use some of the eggs for something…not sure what yet….I do have an errand to run this morning and I need to get my Mega ticket for tonight….need to win the lottery…and stop looking for work….more later….
The numbers are in for trumpcare….
Well…the non-partisan CBO numbers are in and they are just as ugly as they were projected to be…and they stab older people (the ones that voted for trump) more than any other cohort….but, first…24 million people will lose their health insurance under this giveaway to the rich…subsidies that make insurance affordable are being cut to the bone to give the rich a 300 billion dollar tax cut….the repubs are harping on the part of the report that states that the US will save 33 billion dollars a year by not subsidizing people and by cutting medicaid that provides insurance for the poor…but to me, putting 24 million of their fellow Americans back into financial peril by taking their insurance away defines the repub brand these days…they don’t give a damn about anyone but the rich…and they say they are providing “freedom” for people to chose their insurance..but what choice is it when 24 million people can no longer afford their insurance…and what “freedom” is it to the 20-24,000 more people who will die next year from not being able to afford healthcare? This is the modern repub party folks, they work so damn hard trying to make the country worse for everyone but the rich….dirtier water, dirtier air, and no healthcare are their goals….I wonder when the US people are going to wake up and reject this “freedom”…..impeach…
Microwaves into cameras?
Well…according to the idiot Kellyanne Conway, we now know how trump tower was bugged…it has microwaves that Obama turned into cameras! That is exactly what this moron said on the Sunday shows yesterday…that “everyone knows” that microwaves can be turned into cameras….now, that is some paranoid crap right there…what’s next? Turning couches into planes? Turning cars into camels? Turning people into paranoid idiots? I am never really amazed at the stupidity of the trumpbots anymore, but this one was close to the most idiotic so far…that they have to make things up to support their delusional boss…and that it appears that they love doing it is just something to see…and not a good something, either…impeach…
March 13th
Well…running a little late today and I just can’t get started….feel a little slow today and I think I’ll need some time and coffee to fix that….I did make a little cash yesterday so I can buy groceries this week so that takes a load off…but, I didn’t get anything else done yesterday so that will have to change today….but, I just don’t feel like it, though, so I think I’ll just wing it for a while….still setting all of the clocks in here after the time change yesterday and I seem to adjust better to springing forward better than falling back…I still hurt all over and I think I’ll take something for it later….after I work out, that is…need to know where the pain is to see if there are new ones to think about….more later….
