Well….Have been thinking about the utter mess that the idiot trump and his cronies have made of this country and our standing in the world and the one question that comes to my mind is “what does it take, repubs?” What does it take to for you to cut this festering wound of a president out of the country? Is it collusion with a foreign power to rig the election? Is it breaking every frickin ethics rule that there is? Is it the constant lying? Is it withdrawing the US from it’s leadership position in the world? Is it hate? Is it racism? Is it nepotism? Is it stealing taxpayer’s money to golf every damn weekend? I guess there is nothing that the idiot trump can do to rouse the congressional repubs to do their damn job…and doesn’t that make them complicit in the lawbreaking? I hope this country survives until next year when I hope some semblance of sanity returns and we take the congress back…..as you can tell, I don’t have a lot of hope left that any repub will put the country first just once, just frickin once….impeach…

July 12th
Well….just noticed I don’t have enough coffee so I need to make more….not something I like to do this early….slept okay last night but I left the air on all night and I really didn’t need it…it was nice to sit here last night and not sweat…but I shut it off this morning to open the place and smell the rain….I did do a 30 miler on the bike yesterday and feel okay today but I have been getting cramps from the knees down….think I’ll get some bananas tomorrow to try to fix that…and my back started to hurt a little but not too bad so I may be able to do the big ride on Sat…didn’t get much else done yesterday but with no ride today, I will get some stuff done today….going to work on the kitchen but no cooking since I have leftovers to use….more later…..
Little Donnie is just so damn dumb…
Well…now, we all know that the idiot trumps lie all the time and have been denying working with the Russians to steal the election of more than a year now…but, thanks to the NY Times, we now have proof that donnie junior was actively soliciting help from the Russians. And not just little donnie, but Manafort and Kushner were both at the same meeting…and even before the Times ran the story, the idiot little donnie released the e-mails setting the meeting up and showing that it’s real reason was to get dirt on Clinton to use during the campaign. Now I’m not sure what these idiots definition of collusion is, but this is collusion that raises to the level of treason…betraying your country to the benefit of another….that is exactly what this whole crew has done and is still doing….impeach…
July 11th
Well…running a little early today and I’m not sure why….slept okay last night and got through the night with both earplugs still in so that helped….I am still confused about my back…there is no pattern to the pain and I can’t figure out how to fix it….it’s not hurting right now so I guess that’s cool but I know it will hurt later….have been really sore lately….haven’t taken any ibuprofen since I read a study saying that it interferes with muscle healing if you do….but, I feel too creaky to completely stop…maybe tomorrow when there are supposed to storms….didn’t get a lot done yesterday but I’ll do better today…I need to vacuum and do some dusting and clean the kitchen…now, that sounds a little too ambitious….more later…..
Mueller’s superteam….
Well….have been reading quite a bit about the “superteam” that Robert Mueller has been putting together to investigate the idiot trump and his cronies and their collusion with Russia….and the thing that came to mind is the team is still being assembled as Mueller learns more and more about what went on…and what is still going on in relation to the expanded money laundering probe. Why would he still be adding more experts if there was nothing there? And, with the admission over the past day or so the the idiot junior met with a Russian lawyer to try to get hacked e-mails to use to attack Clinton, it is looking more and more like there really is a there there. One other little tidbit that came to light today came from Keith and I think he’s doing a post on that later, and that is that the day after the trump junior meeting with the Russian lawyer, that the idiot junior said he got nothing from, the big idiot trump tweeted asking about the 33,000 e-mails that he couldn’t have possibly known about unless he was in contact with the Russians….so, the noose continues to tighten…I wonder when the deals will start being made…probably happening already…trump is going down and his rotten administration is going with him…impeach…
I think I’m the only one….
Well….with pieces of the plastic covering on the cables on my weight machine shattering and spreading across my bedroom, I think I’m the only one in history who has worn out a weight machine….every other one I’ve seen in peoples houses still looks like new…and is used for hanging clothes on or for collecting dust….and I’ve done the same thing to my current bike….it is hanging on by a thread…I can still ride it but it’s best days are certainly behind and it will need to replaced soon…and I’ve never worn out one of those at any other time in my life but none of the other ones were as complex as the Motobecane….even my road bike, my 1971 Schwinn Supersport is not worn out, but it is simple compared to my mountain bike….it’s a wonder I don’t feel worn out….but I don’t….more later….
July 10th
Well…woke up this morning to some storms but they fizzled out after only a few minutes…slept okay last night but I am sore from doing 30 on the bike yesterday…so I’m not too sure about doing 100 Sat…..going to try some ibuprofen this morning to see if that helps…I did get the bathroom cleaned yesterday…finally….and today I should work on the kitchen…and I might….didn’t get anything else done but cooking…it is dark in here this morning and it is still raining a little so I may be able to take the day off the bike…have been on it for two months straight and I think my legs could use it….I did get some berries picked for my yearly bowl of ice cream….they were ripe almost two weeks early this year….more later….
The dumbest thing I’ve ever heard…
Well…as the days go by, okay…I was going to say that “you’d never think that trump could be dumber”, but that’s not true…as this rank idiot reveals himself daily, I know he can continue to get dumber and dumber and I am not surprised how low he is going…with the debacle of the latest European trip still burned into the memories of the world, the idiot’s meeting with Putin and his subsequent announcement of a cybersecurity alliance with Russia, the stupid now is oozing from every pore of this moron. Let that sink in for a minute…a partnership with Russia, on cybersecurity? It is the height of stupidity to trust the Russians on anything let alone the hacking they did and continue to do to our country….and trump’s reason for trusting Putin? He asked him twice if Russia hacked our country and Putin said no twice…and that was good enough for trump since he is just so damn dumb…and repubs, are you now getting to the point that you see this as treason? Get off your asses and remove this idiot before there is no country left…the entire world is laughing at us and it is your fault…impeach….
July 9th
Well….running a little early today with wanting to get this done before the F1 race starts….slept okay last night and feel okay this morning but there is a hint of back pain that has started already but I have hope that it will stay with just a little pain…we’ll see after the bike ride…I did get out to have a couple with K yesterday and it was good to see her….didn’t get much done yesterday but I will clean the bathroom today…and there are races on that I want to see….so there won’t be a lot of work done…time for more coffee and the race….more later….
The rules are off for birthday week…
Well…those of you out there who know me know that I have a pretty strict set of rules that I live by to ensure that nothing gets out of control….and they help me maintain my weight and keep me getting the exercise that I need to stay healthy. But, I had a couple with K this afternoon and she coaxed me into adopting her birthday rules…I won’t go so far as making it a birthday month as she does but I think I’ll make it a birthday week where I’ll allow myself to relax some of the rules and just enjoy the week….I do have eggs in the fridge…and I may even buy some bacon…or maybe even some fast food….yeah…things could get ugly pretty quickly….
